Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Summit County

We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

I stayed at Abby’s place for a quick 3 day stay with my wife and it was an overall great stay! The condo is in a great location right near town and it was very clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a parking spot for our rental car. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a Gem 💎 very close to Breckenridge ski resort,it felt like we were in a winter wonderland,Teresa is wonderful host,very professional and proactive and made our stay so much better. We def will come back next year for our winter vacation.

Nick's place is beautiful! Very clean. A great view of the mountain range. Very quiet neighbors and neighborhood. If you are looking for a great place to chill but still be close to some great bars/restaurants, this is the place!

Prime location for any solo travelers or couples visiting the Breckenridge area. The house is simultaneously tucked away and private while still being walking distance to everything. Would book again!

We had such a great time staying here. Colorado was beautiful in the summer and I loved the views of the mountains and the lake from the windows in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The place was lovely and it is a great location. It was a great private get away.

This is a lovely, spacious home. It has 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. There’s a heated ski room in the garage. We loved cooking in the kitchen and never felt on top of each other. After a full day of skiing we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. Then a family dinner around the large table. Afterwards, sat on the couches with the gas fireplace on, sharing favorite memories with each other. This was a great way to celebrate family birthdays!

This was a beautiful place. I had a special request and they were so accommodating! Fast communication. It was very clean. The views were amazing. Would recommend this place 100%

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

We had a great stay! The hot tub was warm and easy to use with amazing views! There is plenty of room to host a large family or two. Only a few minutes from the lifts at Peak 7 and 8 and just a few more to town. We will definitely return next season

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

This lovely little house is in the trees, in the quiet and perfected on a hillside with a view. It was the restful and contemplative space we really needed for a few days. The house has everything you need and a nice deep bathtub! Every airbnb that allows pets should provide dog sheets and blankets. We always bring our own but it saves any stress and we appreciated the extra efforts. We will stay here again! PS the drive way was super easy.

Big Slice of Heaven in Breckenridge. Our family just adored Sarah’s place. We travel a lot and have been to some incredible places, this one was by far the BEST. My husband, a man of very few words, kept walking around telling me how fantastic he thought the place was. Our extended family and little grandchildren had the best time playing games, doing puzzles, playing in the snow and swimming in the hot tub. The kitchen is a dream and outfitted better than my own. I have every Williams Sonoma gadget available. Sarah provided all that and in duplicate. What an awesome place! Enjoy the view—it’s heavenly

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

We are so pleased that we found this condo. It was a quick trip up to see a concert and this place did not disappoint. Rose was in communication before time ensuring we had all the necessary information, from parking, to access, parking pass...etc Their place was super clean and very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it was very well stocked with all the tools needed to cook and provides an Air fryer.. The view of Dillon Reservoir out the window was beautiful. We sat on deck that night and watched the full moon glimmer on the water. Please don't overlook this place when looking for a place to stay in Dillon. V*B Underwood

Amazing views. I have stayed in dozens of cabins and condos through the years and this one had arguably the best view. Simply stunning.

Sarah's place is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like being home. Sarah gave great directions regarding all aspects of the stay and was quick to respond when I had one tiny question.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind each day after visiting the shops and restaurants in Frisco and surrounding towns. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek below while watching the hummingbirds fly by and the aspen tree leaves blowing in the wind. It was a very comfortable home away from home with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bathroom with two sinks—a lovely condo that met all our needs. The hosts were always quick with their communication and so kind. From seeing a moose on Main Street a block from the condo on the evening we checked in to the double rainbow over Main Street on our last night, it was a wonderful vacation. We would love to return again in the future and would definitely stay at this same condo. After all, it was our home away from home.

Perfect place for our family of four. We had so much snow and it was a very easy drive to Copper Mountain for skiing. Did an afternoon in Breckenridge for quick drive. We loved walking paths, hot tub, wash/dryer, and kitchen. Thank you we hope to be back!
