Holiday rentals with lake access in Summit County

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront home. Nicely situated for great views of East Reservoir. It has multiple deck levels for entertaining/relaxing. Clean and well-appointed. Easy access to the entire Akron area without being in the city. We had a nice daytrip into Amish country as well. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Portage Lakes. Johnny is a great host. The house is clean, cozy, and in a perfect setting on the lake. My family especially enjoyed the kayaks! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home! Loved the game room, especially the ping pong table and arcade games. Great patio over the lake.

We traveled from Florida to Ohio to visit family and friends, and stayed in this great place in Portage Lakes. It was close to everything we needed, and at the same time felt very private because of the lush surroundings.

The property was very comfortable, roomy, extremely clean and had lots of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful time staying right on the lake. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs - not more than one flight; but a lot of transitional steps in between living areas. This might be relevant to anyone with mobility issues. Melanie was an incredible host and helped with all of our needs. The location is in a lovely neighborhood that is fun to explore. We really enjoyed the pier and kayaks provided.

The home was clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. The space was exactly what we needed during an emergency trip to the area.

This is the place if you want a beautiful home on the water with all the bells and whistles! Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts responded nearly immediately to any questions. The beds are so comfy and most provide a lake view - excellent at night when you are all tucked in with your book. Regarding books, novels are located throughout the home, and I felt like I had accessed one of my book clubs! The lighting is a mix between cozy and super modern (the ceiling fans have built-in lighting and are controlled via a remote - not your typical ceiling fans either). The basement has a bonus room with mood lighting. The sunroom has a table that seats 10 with room for at least two more. Perfect for a family dinner or board games (they have a pizzle that I almost broke open - but left it for the next family). The hot tub under its roof was fun in the rain while we viewed the lake at night with the boats traveling by. A red cardinal visited every day! Im out of space- truly a gem of a home!

Tyler’s place was absolutely great! We were in town with our 1 year old and in laws and it was plenty of space for all of us. Walkable to much of Ohio City and very close to the airport, downtown, Zoo. It was very clean and Tyler was always responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

I appreciate his flexibility when I told him my situation. He was a great host, and the place was a great spot for a get together to celebrate my friend's achievement.

Host Mama’s place was fabulous! The house had everything we needed and more. It’s in a perfect location close to everything. Host Mama was kind and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Such a comfortable and clean studio! The bed was comfortable, and the space had everything I needed for a quick overnight stop on my three day drive trip. It’s tucked away in a peaceful, historic neighborhood that felt safe and charming. Bonus points for being pet-friendly—my best furry friend was just as happy as I was! Would definitely stay again.

This place was a great! It was convenient for parking and easily accessible to cool spots around. Sitting on the front porch drinking coffee was a fun highlight! Jessica was so quick to respond and so helpful!

The space looked just like the photos and was perfect for a quick overnight trip to Cleveland for a wedding. The area was safe, parking was easy and the apt was clean and well decorated/organized! Highly reccomend!

A perfect home and perfect location. I hadn't been back to the area in 30-years. It was exactly as I remembered. Quiet and relaxing and close to many childhood memories.

My wife and I plan to book a long weekend this summer bring the Kayaks and check out the gorgeous lake.

Cozy cottage with ample space in a really peaceful location. Nice neighborhood to walk around with the lake nearby (and a really nice playground/picnic space). The kitchen had everything I needed, the two separate living room spaces provided a lot of variety, and the two bedrooms were set up nicely. I didn't use the window AC units, but appreciated that they were available in each room.

Dragana’s retreat was amazing and just as advertised. The house was clean and the rugs were awesome! The pond was beautiful to wake up to and really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the pond. Kids enjoyed catching lots of fish as well. Hope to return someday.

Very cute place to stay and enjoy the view through the dining area window. My friends and I enjoyed playing board games, grilling, and having fires. Lake is swimmable and looks clean but we did not swim with the weather being very cold. Overall a very quaint place to stay with lots of nature (and birds) to take in and enjoy.

We love Molly’s little cottage on their wonderful farm. It is so peaceful and the surrounding area is so beautiful and private. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a more well equipped kitchen….anything you could possibly need is provided! The hosts are so friendly and responsive, while also completely respecting your privacy. We definitely hope to stay again in the future. Truly one of our favorite airbnbs! =)

We had a WONDERFUL stay! Beautiful views, relaxing space, and so much to do. We saw so many beautiful animals just from the back porch and the state park 5 minutes away is gorgeous! Will definitely stay here if we come back in town. Thanks Michelle for being a great host!
