Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sunampe

First time traveling to Lima Paracas with family and the place was amazing !!! We loved everything there especially the host who always was there to ask any questions :) we definitely coming back !!!!

I went with all my family and we really liked the place, spacious, well located and with a nice ocean view. Jose is a very good host.

The apartment was a good fit for our families of 12. I'll remember fondly the view of the ocean during our morning coffee and sunset as the air cooled in the evening. The kids really enjoyed the community pool and also played some on the rocky beach. And our family liked our stretch session in the ocean gazebo as dolphins swam by. The bed, linens, and family room were nice. The grill worked well and the large table outside was great for family meals. There were ample plates and silverware but the kitchen is quite small if cooking an intricate meal. We used mosquito spray and plugs and closed all the windows at night. You need a taxi to get into town (front desk can order one) or take a 45 minute walk (ocean view but with rocks and some garbage). There are two condo communities next to each other and this one is for Las Velas. Eddy was responsive before and during the stay and addressed the one issue with towels immediately.

An excellent place. Very cozy and quiet environment to spend days relaxing with family. I enjoyed it!

Maritza’s apartment has a beautiful view and it has a nice terrace, the apartment was very clean , comfortable and equipped.

We went in a group of 6, we loved how equipped the Airbnb is and how well laid out the flat is. Everything was clean, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The condominium is well located to visit the reservation like the beaches. Finally, Inés' attention is second to none, proactive, and attentive to our inquiries.

We were happy and above all very comfortable, the quiet and private area, with all the amenities one might need. those who enjoyed the most and were happy were my children, were able to enjoy all the facilities and games available. really recommended and we will definitely be back on our next trips.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy house in Paracas! The space has everything you need to feel right at home — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It’s just a short walk to great bars and restaurants, but what really makes it special is how close it is to the sea. You’re literally seconds away from stunning ocean views! The terrace is a dream — perfect for relaxing, with a grill for barbecues and even a mini swimming pool to cool off in. Roberto and his friend were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and easy. 100% recommend this place — can’t wait to come back!

The pool is large, the patio is immense, the house is super ventilated, yes, bring repellent for mosquitoes in the morning and evening. To get there, while there is the bridge that crosses the river towards Hacienda San José they must take a slightly complicated detour but nothing from the other world. Bring everything to make your grills, China Box (in the house there is all that) buy everything from Lima or Plaza Vea Chincha.

Excellent accommodation close to the beach, to go out in the morning walk 2 minutes and be on the beach, beautiful, very quiet and in a privileged area! We went 4 people (2 children and 2 adults in separate rooms) and were comfortable in the rooms. I think if we were more people we would be a little uncomfortable since the rooms are small (there are staterooms in 2 of them) and it does not run much air in those rooms and it is hot, more than anything for that, there are built-in closets to store clothes and suitcases, grill on the patio, furniture and ceiling fans in the living room and in the main room, very well equipped kitchen, new refrigerator, parking glued to the house, a shared pool in good condition for children and adolescents (not deep). On the edge of the Paracas nature reserve, not so close to the "tourist" area of Paracas ("the center" of the city), you need mobility to get there.

Excellent place, the house is quite spacious, the rooms are spacious too and the decor is very nice, the photos don't really do it justice, live is much nicer! The location is also very good and has a direct back exit to the sea. The owners are very friendly. We had a very nice time as a family, I would definitely return🙌🏼

It was a tremendous experience, the house is very spacious, very nice and well equipped, it has everything. The house has a view and direct access to the private beach, the condominium is very safe with quite surveillance. Very grateful to Sebastian for his total support, he was always attentive to support us and make our stay the best. My family and I found everything we needed and ideal for a nice vacation, 100% recommended.

Mariana is an amazing host! Since we coordinated she always responded quickly and with a lot of kindness and helpfulness! The house is beautiful!! It's really a luxury house! Everything impeccable, it is in a nice condominium in Paracas, very close to the beach, super quiet and family-friendly. The house is extremely comfortable, it has a pool, terrace with a fairly spacious grill, a nice room with a fireplace, living room, garden for the boys to play, it's sleepy! I would stay a thousand more times!

A beautiful place!! While the condominium pool was not in optimal condition, Manuel's house stood out in comfort and spaciousness. The master bedroom is spectacular and the other 3 guest rooms were spotless and spacious. The grill was the meeting center and the comfort of the rooms was wonderful. The Wifi didn't work but honestly that is irrelevant because the house gives you a space to connect with friends. Yes, if you go to the house, let him give him a book in the library and put together a library in thanks to such a nice place.

The house has a very good layout, a large kitchen and dining room that integrates into the living room and terrace, forming a super spacious, comfortable and family atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, and the rooftop social area is great for a party next to a good grill. The house is located inside a spectacular condo, with a wide pool and fabulous beach, about 150 wide beach and several miles long make children and adults enjoy the fullest.

My family and I enjoyed this home. The great plus is the great space available for several people. The place needs some upgrades to be perfect, but not a big deal. The communication with the owner was smooth and he responded fast and addressed issues fast. We had some issues with the hot water and gas that were immediately addressed. I will highly recommend staying there.

Spend a few pleasant days in the apartment, the location is excellent right next to the sea, the view is very beautiful and there are many central places in the area, they were always attentive to any questions :)

Our stay at this home was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is extremely comfortable, with well-equipped spaces and cozy decor that invites you to rest.
