Charming Cottage in the Mountains

Venture into the Kouga-Baviaans Wilderness area to the comfortable Waboom Cottage on the beautiful farm Mooigedacht. The 36 km stretch of scenic gravel road is part of your holiday. Once here relax, do nothing, hike, cycle or picknick while spending quality time with family or friends. The well equipped cottage has electric blankets, gas heater and indoor fireplace/braai. A supply of wood and more to buy. The displayed minimum price apply to 2,3 or 4 guests. An additional fee p/p after that.

Ferndale Farm: Forest Camping Cabin

For the nature lover. The teeny two sleeper wood cabin is well situated alongside a gurgling stream in an untouched forest boasting numerous fern and plant species. All food prep and cooking is at the lapa under the canopy of trees outside on a fire or two plate gas hob. A bag of wood is provided. Time spent at the cabin is for someone who wants to camp and relax with nature but does not want to set up a tent. All you need to bring is food and towels to shower and swim. We are pet friendly.

Sunbird Cottage

Self catering cottage on cattle farm 12.5km from historic Graaff-Reinet. Wildlife&scenery ideal for mtb biking, walking, birdwatching, photography. BBQ under nightsky in firepit or on terrace. Dbl bed, shower, sitting room with kitchen, wifi, aircon. NB THE AIRCONS ARE PROVIDED FOR COOLING THE HOUSES IN THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS BETWEEN OCTOBER AND APRIL, NOT FOR HEATING AS THE FARM IS ON SOLAR.
