My family and I had an amazing time at this place! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by. The amenities are top-notch, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a restaurant, and much more. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

beautiful house for perfect family getaway. kids loved pool/theatre room. adults loved sauna. fireplace nice and homely with lots of wood supplied. short drive to shops/restaurants. would definitely return.

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Bellini Bliss was everything we wanted for our little family getaway. The house was as per the pictures - no gaslighting; super spacious, outdoor area was perfect for chilling and entertaining, even in winter, and location easy to get to and central. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating, and provided everything we needed. There’s a park two houses down with a basketball court and playground, so very family and dog friendly. We look forward to coming back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

We have stayed at Matt's house before and enjoyed the large inside space, as well as the many choices for relaxing outside. Plenty of supplies eg, toilet paper, washing detergents, shower supplies etc. The bed was comfortable and the area quiet. Will definately stay here again

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

Big house lots of rooms and beds, great for big families. Nice backyard and spacious. Table tennis for the family to play with and best of all a jacuzzi

Lovely spot in surf beach, you can walk to beach and house came with lots. Very clean and well maintained. We had a lovely time and would definitely return to this house.

Our family with 3 young kids truly enjoyed our stay at the Oceanview house. The house was exactly like the photos. I loved how intuitive the kitchen was designed, and the living space was just so comfortable for everyone. What’s the bonus is the amazing ocean view plus easy access to the beach which our kids loved. Also, I loved how thoughtful Josh was to turn on the heater before our arrival. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Phillip island next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this thoughtfully designed property. While it operates as a business accommodation, the personal touches in the decor and furnishings made it feel warm and welcoming. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-furnished, with stunning views from the balcony. Communication with the host was seamless, and every effort was made to ensure we had a great stay. This is a beautiful rustic authentic place to stay, lovingly preserved and restored, in glorious surroundings.

Beautiful place. Nicely decorated. Easy to check in. Fully equipped kitchen. Has a nice Nespresso machine. Heated flooring for toilet. Smeg kettle and knives. Includes Netflix on tv! Backyard has a nice lemon tree filled with lemons. Overall a beautiful place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Diane was proactive providing instructions on how to check in and also provided flexible check in and check out times. The place was as advertised and was very clean! Highly recommend if visiting Phillip Island

Our family loved staying at the Barefoot Beach House - the house contained everything that needed for a family stay (the caravan cubby was a huge hit with the kids) and there was plenty of space to spread, but still be connected. Location so close to the beach was amazing. Definitely a place to return to!

Peaceful and private stay whilst still being so close to the main attractions of Phillip Island. A perfect getaway spot to unwind, beautiful little home with relaxing spa. Definitely would book again!

Paul & Lisa’s place was exactly what we needed. Just a beautiful little cottage, 700 meters walk from the beach which we loved. The house was completely fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Paul was so quick to respond every time we had a question about something. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We will definitely stay there again. We just did not want to leave!!! Thanks guys, you should be proud 🙏

We had an amazing stay here - the house is huge and the sauna and spa are an amazing addition. Even a ping pong table in the garage. It’s like a 5min walk to a beautiful beach that’s really quiet and overall we just had a great time.
