The cabin is 2 km from the grocery store and about 40 km from the shopping center Sogndal and only 30 km from Sogndal Skisenter. Fjærland has excellent hiking opportunities and during the summer months you can visit the Norwegian Book City and the Norwegian Bremuseum. Fjærland is also a good starting point for day trips to e.g. Sognegjellet, Gaularfjellet, Loen, Flåm etc.

Nearest town is Førde which is 30 mins away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 meters away from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.

Grocery store, gas and charging station are about 10 minutes by car.

A cabin in the mountain of west Norway. This cabin is surrounded by amazing Norwegian wildlife. Just outside the door you are in the middle of beatiful mountains, a lake and a river. A place perfect for hiking, relaxing and fishing. There are two canoes by the lake you can use. The cabin does not have a shower. But bring the shampoo to the river or the lake, and you can take the bodywash to a next level. This place gives you a nice break only a 25 minute drive from Førde city center.
