Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sunny Isles Beach

This was our first stay in the US and we’re so glad we chose this place! The home was exactly as described and shown in the photos, stunning! It was very comfortable and tastefully decorated and the little touches made all the difference. Like the use of the beach equipment to take with you for a beach day, use of 4 bicycles, the high end toiletries, the kitchen being stocked with salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee etc. Allan was also extremely helpful and always prompt with responding to queries. Overall we felt very well looked after. Thank you for having us!

Had a great time at Londons for a bachelorette party! London was so sons nice and the pictures did not do the house justice! Plenty of room for everyone and it’s so beautiful.

This was our second stay in Georgina and Duncan's lovely home and it was just as we remembered. The property is in a very quiet area and has everything you need for a perfect stay, with a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and a cosy living area. The pool area is lovely and we enjoyed cooling off and sitting out there in the evenings. Shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away, with a couple within walking distance, and the beach just under a 15 minute drive...it couldn't be in a better location. Georgina is a wonderful host, very responsive and happy to help with any queries. We especially loved the little welcome gift which was a very nice touch, thank you. We are already planning our next vacation and will definitely be returning to this wonderful relaxing Zen Bungalow !

Really enjoyed my stay here. Would love to book again. We didn’t realize how far out it was from South Beach but it was worth coming back to every night. Really enjoyed the pool. I was shocked to see the number of iguanas that patrolled the area in the morning but that isn’t a complaint. The hosts provided basic necessities for us. They were very responsive when we needed them especially come check out. 10000000 / 5 star rating for me.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very nice and comfortable …we truly felt like we were at home. The private backyard and pool area were beautiful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Nissim was a very kind and helpful host who made everything easy. Highly recommended!

A Perfect Getaway – Felt Just Like Home! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anca and Paulo’s house – from the moment we arrived, it truly felt like our own home. The property is beautifully maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the private pool and the outdoor grill area. One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality. Carlos was incredibly kind and helpful – it was so natural for him to assist us with anything we needed. No matter the question, he was always there with a solution. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great amenities and the kind of atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home, this is the place to book. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

This was a perfect retreat for us. We were able to cook breakfast daily; spices, oil , frying pan, all the basics. Comfy beds and decent bathroom. Samantha always got back to us very quickly. We walked to Whole Foods for muffins.

My family and I stayed at this property for our Spring Break in 2025. First- the important things: The condo is as advertised, directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was clean and refreshing. Beds and sitting areas were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and drinks. The valet car service was excellent and included in the rental rate aside from (optional) tips which the staff genuinely appreciated. The location is perfect - away from from the crowds of South Beach and Lincoln Road; yet both are highly accessible via bike/the boardwalk, trolley, or a short Uber ride. Lastly - the minor items which didn't much impact our stay - but I feel could be good information for the host or future guests: There are no locks on any doors including the master suite and bathrooms. The main bathroom has no lock and a clear shower door - interesting combo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was peaceful and absolutely beautiful, right next to a lake—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The home was clean, well-maintained, and looked exactly like it did in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to assist with any questions or minor issues that came up, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and well-kept retreat.

Aside from there being a slight termite issue everything was perfect. Perfect size and location. We absolutely loved the stay and slept well. Thank you all again for the stay ! I would definitely stay again.

This was my husband's first time staying at an airbnb and it did not disappoint. The bed is firm, which we loved, and the sheets/blankets were butter soft. The bathroom is small but worked well, the shower is heaven! Vickie was very helpful and sweet. She responded quickly and efficiently. This was great walking distant to the beach and on the quieter end of the boardwalk but not far north, there are shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This was a great place to spend our honeymoon! We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU!

Highly recommend this place! We loved everything about our stay, and Deniz went above and beyond as a host. Perfect location, close to everything but tucked away on a quiet street and right on the river! We loved sitting on the dock watching the boats go by, and the easy walk to the beach. The water taxi even picked us up right at the property! We also enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, and renting the nearby B Cycle bikes to explore the area. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We messaged Deniz to ask if there was a blender somewhere and she had one delivered within the hour. Slept great every night. There’s nowhere else I would stay in Fort Lauderdale!

Our stay at Hans’ Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned for a comfortable and high-tech experience. The home is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern technology and cozy charm. It’s a digitally connected, secure smart home. Kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious & decorated,& the beds were incredibly comfortable. Every room had a TV with full connectivity, and there were even gaming consoles for entertainment, which was a fantastic! The dining area was perfect for enjoying meals together, & the entire home was spotlessly clean & well-maintained. Hans was an exceptional host always available, quick to respond to any questions & incredibly helpful. His attention to detail & dedication to providing a great guest experience made a huge difference. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! We had about 8-10 people in the home for a long weekend and there was more than enough space for everyone. The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and comfortable in every way. The host's communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire process. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! You won’t regret staying here.

We picked this location bc my son was getting married in the area and Roxette and her team became so involved in helping us understand distances from the wedding venue while we were still coordinating from PA. I felt like they were personally invested in our wedding joy! The house was spotless when we walked in and provided everything we needed! They were also so quick to respond to our questions . The outdoor kitchen and pool area was perfect for our rehearsal dinner! Great stay!

The backyard was fun for the kids. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. There was lots of space for our family. The bathrooms were nicely renovated. This house was nice but I would not describe it as luxury. I felt the pictures on the listing looked more luxurious than reality. I should have done more research, but this house is in a very average neighbourhood. If you are looking for a touristy luxury community vibe this wouldn’t be the stay for you. The property manager was very friendly and super responsive.
