Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sunny Isles Beach

It's my first time in Miami, and this place made it so special and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations... We're very grateful to Lorena and the entire staff. I give them 10 stars.

Recent stayed here had a quick family event. The owner was super responsive and friendly! The home we stayed in was spacious and clean. Easy access to highway, restaurants and shops . I would definitely book again.

This was hands down the best and most beautiful home I have ever stayed in and I travel to Florida a lot! It was clean, the hosts literally thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and it was so peaceful. The hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. We loved the outdoor shower right off the main bedroom, and the entire home was so spacious! So clean! So worth the money! The hosts know what they are doing. The outdoor areas are heaven and perfectly outfitted with the most comfortable outdoor furniture! We did not want to leave! The inside was tastefully and beautifully decorated to make you never want to leave. Absolutely amazing! Please take care of the home if you’re lucky enough to stay there! We will be back next year! Excelente lugar, limpio, organizado, perfecto para estadía de pareja con niño. Nos permitió ingresar un poco mas temprano, las instrucciones fueron claras y sencillas para ingresar, siempre respondió con rapidez, nos quedo perfecto para nuestro vuelo que era muy temprano, el vecindario es muy acogedor y cuenta con comercio cerca.

Staying at Yuly and Jhus's beautiful Airbnb exceeded both my husband's and my expectations. The space was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable, we slept so well! The hosts were wonderful, friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. We recommend this unit. Hope we able to go back soon. Thank you.

Muchas gracias a Sandra por la amabilidad y por sus indicaciones claras y precisas tanto para ingresar al apartamento como durante la estadía. Parqueadero cubierto, fácil acceso, lugar para comprar alimentos para preparar en el apartamento. Cocina muy bien organizada y con muy buenos utensilios.

Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

Excelente estadía . El departamento se encuentra en la zona céntrica de Sunny , cuenta con supermercados, farmacias , locales de comidas y la playa. Muy bien equipado, nos sentimos como en nuestra casa. Ken siempre mantuvo una comunicación cercana y amigable y nos dio flexibilidad para el ingreso y la salida del departamento muy valorado por nosotros. SI volvemos a la bella MIami elegimos quedarnos en el dto de Ken.

Excelente lugar y el entorno muy tranquilo y seguro. La habitación, servicios , piscina , acceso a la playa todo de lujo tal y como se describe. Sin duda que volveremos a visitarlo y dejamos 100% recomendado. Los anfitriones fueron muy accesibles y respondían con rapidez.

I really enjoyed how beautiful and modern it was, surrounded by great restaurants and the code system for easy access and not having to worry about losing a key coming in and out of my room and building. The communication was clear, simple and on time for everything that I needed for my stay. It was very clean, beautiful and convenient for me to move around from.

Fantastic place and host! Great area and perfect to with little ones! Pool area is wonderful! And lots of stuff to do around the area. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful ocean views! The hotel pools and beach club were great and had excellent service. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. We will definitely be back, thank you Edvard.

"Un departamento perfecto en una ubicación ideal" Nos encantó hospedarnos en este departamento en Miami. La descripción y las fotos eran totalmente fieles a la realidad, y nos encontramos con un espacio acogedor y bien mantenido. La limpieza era impecable, lo que nos hizo sentir cómodos y relajados desde el primer momento. La ubicación es ideal, a solo 150 metros de la playa y en una zona tranquila rodeada de edificios y complejos turísticos. Lo mejor es que el condominio tiene todo lo que necesitas: un pequeño supermercado, una peluquería, una cafetería y más. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades que necesitas para sentirte como en casa. Tiene lo ideal para llevar a la playa (reposeras, sombrillas). Sin dudas, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. La experiencia fue perfecta de principio a fin. Recomendamos este departamento a cualquiera que busque un lugar tranquilo y cómodo para disfrutar de su estancia en Miami.

Nos encanto el apartamento, es tal cuál se describe en la publicación, muy buena ubicación, muy bien equipado, ideal para 4 personas, el condominio es muy completo. Es un lugar al que volvería feliz, y por supuesto también lo recomiendo.
