Noosa’s Main Street and the boutiques of Hastings Street are only a short drive away. Walking distance to beach - 6 mins Walking distance to shops- 5 mins As per google maps app Self check in and check out with use of a lock box for keys Both spa and gardens are maintained weekly . This occurs each Wednesday or Friday for approx an hour and should not disturb guests. Please advise us should you wish for this not to occur during your stay. Winter stays - firewood is supplied subject to availability, & cannot be guaranteed, the home has full reverse cycle air conditioning Please advise of guest numbers at time of booking as linen and beds are made up according to total guest numbers

Longboard Beach House - Pet Friendly

Pets welcomed - securely fenced large rear yard with lower level gate at garage entrance. The fee is $150 per pet per week from 1 Feb 2026. Noosa Council STL rules no pets to be left unattended inside or outside the house. Property backs onto pet friendly bushed national park and beach access to Sunrise and Castaways. There are two outdoor showers (1 hot &1 cold) - please do not enter the property with any residue sand on humans or pets. The garage is accessible to guests by pre-booking.

'Bella Vista' - Noosa Luxury on White Sands

This stylish family friendly 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is located in one of Noosa's prime areas. Walk straight from the living room onto a white soft sandy beach and swim in the crystal blue waters. A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.
