The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a NEW mattress, a full bathroom, TV with cable and DVD. It has a sliding patio door that opens to the deck. Spare bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with cable; full length windows that overlook the lake. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless appliances. Non-smoking and no pets.

The condo was clean and Traci was super nice, very responsive. There was everything we could have needed, really appreciated small touches like detergent pods and dryer sheets to use with washing machine. Bed was comfortable as well as pull out couch. Enjoyed using the deck, and short walk to the outdoor pool Note that indoor pool and hot tub are a walk up the hill - could also drive up and park nearby if not already full lot! Would stay here again :)

Rick’s place was a great getaway for our family. It’s nice to enjoy the amenities margaritaville has while not staying in a hotel room. This house was spacious for our 7 guest and had an amazing large window view of the lake. Easy access. Great to have 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer a plus for a one week stay. Will visit again. This place is so beautiful and worth the price! The heated pool made it extremely worth it. The games and things to do inside were a plus too! We caught ton of fish and enjoyed every minute! Juan is great and even let us stay a little longer than normal since no one was due to check in today since it’s Mother’s Day and that’s a rare thing to do these days! Great place!

We stayed one night. The condo was as described. Very nice layout of space. Very clean and taken care of. Enjoyed a quiet evening on the deck sipping on some adult beverages that were supplied by our host. The bed was very comfy and had a great night of rest. The late check out was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here here again when in the area.

There was a slight hiccup when we arrived and the cleaner had not been by so there were dirty dishes in the kitchen and the bedroom hadn’t been cleaned. She was responsive and we got it figured out it just kind of threw our plans out of whack since my wife didn’t have a place to get ready. We just ended up killing time at a nearby bar. It was all clean by the time we got back and was a very nice stay we loved it!

We really enjoyed our short stay here! The hosts were easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed that there were three pools to choose from. The beds were super comfy! This is a great spot for a family trip!
