Holiday rentals with beach access in Sunset Key

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

Place was very clean and cute. Love the little touches. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap was so nice along with coffee, creamer, and water station.

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

The Condo was spacious, beautiful, well furnished, very clean and the location was perfect. Henry was great to work with. We rented a golf cart and traveled almost everywhere in Key West by golf cart.

We (two couples) enjoyed a great week here. Being on the canal was nice, outside sitting spots were great. The house had plenty of cooking supplies needed. Was a tad bit smaller than I expexted, but worked out just fine. Remember to bring your shampoo, body wash etc as it's not provided. Comfortable and bright, was quiet even with boats going by. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband, myself and 3 adult children stayed for a week. Place was super well equipped with everything imaginable. Very Spacious inside and out. Danielle was great at answering any questions we had. It was an amazing family vacation and will definitely rent again. - Jennifer

Jack was a great host…very quick to respond. The location couldn’t have been better! Walkable to Duvall St with the great shops, restaurants and nightlife but just far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. Would stay again! Thank you, Jack!

We just loved our stay in Key Colony. Everything about Yuni’s home was perfect. Very comfortable beds with lovely linens. The 2 bathrooms are beautiful with plenty of towels. Soft beach towels and coolers were provided which saved space in suitcases not having to pack. The private beach area has soft sand and plenty of chairs too. Yuni has a storage unit with additional chairs and beach gear that made out beach trip to Bahia Honda that much easier. The amazing coffee maker saved me hundreds on not needing to buy coffee out everyday for all of us. Morning cup of coffee in the comfortable lounge chairs and dinner on the balcony with the beautiful view is something you must experience. The location was great, close to state parks, the turtle hospital, 7 mile bridge, Amazing restaurants and grocery stores. You can not go wrong booking with Yuni and staying at Turtles Pace. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

Christy was the best host! She was always available for quick questions and gave us great information as well. Her home was gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, flooring was luxurious and the space was perfect for the 2 us and our boat. The back porch was comfortable and the gas grill was a work of art! The boat ramp was a 1 mile away, Publix and Winn Dixie right around the corner and many restaurants all around made the location perfect for us. We had such a great stay and would definitely stay here again!! Thank You Christy for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This was better than I expected. A very spacious 2 bedroom with large kitchen, family room. The screened in porch was huge, and a great place to have meals and watch TV and the sunrise. The fully equipped kitchen was awesome for those like us that love to cook. It was a great home away from home. This place was so comfortable and was the best we ever rented.

This property was everything and more. Clean, all amenities provided as advertised and the perfect location in Marathon. Randy was very responsive and went out of his way to provide us with top notch service. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning again.

We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. Thank you Frank for a great place to stay! Close to restaurants, quite neighborhood, nice pool, a dock to swim and fish from, and beautiful sunsets. We had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Loretta’s place. The location offered a good jumping off point to explore the keys. The beach nearby along with canal access and kayaks was a huge plus. The garden area was nice though the mosquitos were intense. The place accommodated our group of 7 ppl well and everything was clean and well furnished. Overall, the place worked great for our group and we’d stay again!

What a beautiful cottage. Loved how it was decorated. We had everything that we needed. Loved the outside back patio. Peaceful and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Very clean and a plus, it had a washer and dryer. Thomas and Lindsay were so nice, communicative and very responsive. Gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. A little piece of paradise. Island Life. We will DEFINITELY be back. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! He was an excellent host who was always available if I had a question. The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting on and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and a very enjoyable vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the home. We were able to meet Tim and he was a lovely host. Thank you for a great vacation! We hope to come back in the future!

The condo was clean and neat. We enjoyed mornings on the patio with coffee before starting our day. Pool was crystal clear and relaxing. Ft Zachary Beach is a short bike ride away as are restaurants, shops and attractions as well. Had all the amenities such as beach towels, plenty of bath towels (!), washer & dryer worked great too. We did not cook so I can’t speak to that, but I did heat some pizza in the oven and it worked fine. I had to message Vacasa (about parking) and they were quick to respond. You don’t need to rent a car at this location. But if you want to see the other keys, it’s well worth it. No complaints, we would stay here again!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Shang-Ri-La with Last Key Realty. The host was very responsive, and made check in super easy. They also gave us several restaurant suggestions which were all incredible. The place was beautiful and well kept. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible view! Place was clean and what we expected. Gorgeous unit right on the water. Watching the boats go by was so relaxing. Tiki bar right below us was convenient if we wanted a drink while relaxing. Had a small problem with the dryer and they came to fix it within the hour, so I was more than satisfied with upkeep. Walk to restaurants and hot spots was easy. Great Irish pub a block away (Celtic Conch). Unit is convenient for any type of boating excursion you would like to book as the boardwalk/marina is right there. Chris, our host, was very responsive to any questions we had and very helpful in booking arrangements. We did not have recommendation questions for him, as we’ve been to key west a number of times and have friends who live there, but I’m sure based on the dealings we had with him, he’d be happy to help. One note, this is a timeshare community. I was worried we’d be hounded. We were not.

Pictures were exactly how the home looked upon arrival. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was quiet yet close enough to walk. Beach in either direction. The home had everything you need for the beach and was spacious. Bed in master is very comfortable. Great place and great company. Will use again.

Horrid, horrid, horrid. Now that caught your attention. If you are looking at others...dont. This is the best air bnb you gonna find. It has everything and more!! Fantastic location, great apartment. We really cant say anything bad at all!! We will be back!! Thanks!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and have already rebooked. Newly remodeled, private and walkable. Secure, pristine community with lovely grounds. Host was very helpful and prompt in responding.

The views of the Atlantic were awesome! Having the pool and beach so close was very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
