4th of July special docked right beside the Henley st bridge, fireworks are at 10pm on the bridge. Hot tub on the back deck, 2 sit on top kayaks to explore the river, 1/2mile walk to Calhoun’s on the river. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.

Cozy into this cute studio apartment nestled in our family's walkout basement. We are centrally-located to UT/downtown (9min), TYS airport (12min), and the Smokey Mountains (45min) for your next East Tennessee adventure! Our Quirks: - We are a family of 8 with small kids and live above the studio... there will be some noise during the day from about 7am 'till about 8pm. - no TV. - no laundry - The cooking space is a kitchenette.
