Nice renovated studio of 17m2. The studio is composed of an entrance with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 1 open kitchen equipped with everything you need. the living room with table, chairs, and TV, 1 sofa bed (new) in 160 and a bunk bed (new) in 90 Mountain views, free parking. On the 9th floor with elevator, the residence is at the foot of the slopes with all the shops (restaurant, convenience store, ski rental and others) in the building.

Access directly to the heart of the resort from your apartment. Have breakfast in front of the slopes and the beautiful mountains and in the evening enjoy all the "after-ski" activities (restaurants, bowling alley, bars, nightclub, shops, ski equipment rentals...) without having to go out or take the car... Nice apartment located at the foot of the slopes and charmingly decorated within the Bois d 'Aurouze residence. Connected by the ski area or by bus, you will have the pleasure of enjoying the 100 km of slopes offered by the Superdevoluy and La Joue du Loup ski resorts. In summer and winter, many activities will be offered within the resort or nearby, especially in the Dévoluy Valley.
