It is equipped with household appliances, a TV and a safe. The apartment building has an elevator, a green inner courtyard with a park, a fountain and a playground. The property is fenced and guarded 24/7. In the immediate vicinity there is a promenade with restaurants, a city beach, tennis courts, a sports and recreation park, a skatepark and a rope park.

"Chlewik" is an old pigsty converted into a climatic loft-style apartment. The property is located close to the center in the spa town of Gołdap. We offer a quiet and peaceful place with access to the garden and attractions for children. During your stay, you can make your time more pleasant by renting a hot tub or sauna (extra charge). There is a place for a bonfire or barbecue. We offer the possibility of ordering meals from the Matrioszka restaurant with delivery. We only accept small dogs for an additional fee

We invite you to a new year-round cottage by the lake. The cottage is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, and upstairs there are two separate bedrooms. The cottage is located on the lake with direct access to the beach. Water bikes, boats and bicycles are available. A large gazebo with a barbecue kitchen and a smokehouse by the lake. There is a sauna and a banya on site, as well as a rental of tourist bicycles and quads. We accept payment by tourist vouchers
