The villa was beautiful and clean! It was large, and perfect for our family to relax for a week. Ibu Diah is a very friendly hostess. There is a wonderful grocery store just a 2 minute walk around the corner and several nice restaurants nearby to order from or visit.

Had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was incredibly flexible, which made things so much easier for us. The host was also very kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a pet-friendly accomodation.

If the other place feels like grandma’s home, this one feels like great-grandma’s. Also made better by Bambang🐈

The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly as it appears in the photos. We had an amazing time as a family of 7 + 1 fur baby (it’s a pet friendly homestay). It’s such a peaceful place with charming Javanese architecture and beautiful surroundings. It’s very calming and serene . I think this would be a perfect homestay for families, with loads of space. Wonderful breakfasts included every morning at no cost. The host very friendly, proactive and welcoming. Big thanks to Pak Fajar🙏🏻 I cannot speak highly enough. We have already recommended it to friends. We had a truly lovely stay at Mbah Cokro. It’s a super place to visit and everything was just perfect. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

The host was responsive n reply to enquiries. Mr David n his wife were very polite, helpful, accommodating. Serve us breakfast on time n with vatieties. The only hindsight is the place run in portable fresh water pump. The water pressure is very low at times. Expect dew friendly lizards dotting ard d house as its near a garden. The BNB is very conveniently located with minimart 20m away, foods n laundrymart a plenty along d streets. I do emjoy the place ambience

Overall good stay. The housekeeper is friendly and always willing to help, and Miko is a good landlord and good friend as well. Certainly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Ada Waktu. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they made a great breakfast. Everyday it was something different and always made with care. The children lived the pool. It was a great place for our family to relax and from there to visit Yogyakarta and Borobudur. Thank Arie and family!

We had a great stay, especially the pool and large garden. Unfortunately the WiFi is not so good. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation.

For everyone who is looking for a real homestay / guesthouse experience. It doesn't get anymore real than this. The host and his family is welcoming and kind. They are eager to help with your trip planing as well.

Everything was great with this stay. Incredible value for money. Suryakanti is so kind and a brilliant cook. She showed us around her village and her farm. It’s a bit far from the centre of Jogja but so worth it to be surrounded by rice paddies and the countryside. Sadly we were only staying for one night - next time I visit Jogja I will definitely come back! If you want to experience a local side to Jogja with brilliant hosts don’t hesitate to book.

It was an amazing experience! This place is like a small paradise. Starting from huge and tasty breakfasts ending with fascinating nature inside the villa. The place is in a good location, about 20 mins from the city center. You can rent a scooter or order a car with a driver right in the villa. Can ask for a laundry for additional money. Ari is an excellent example of a super host. He helped us with everything we needed during our stay, gave a lot of advices where to go and what to do. Also there is an opportunity to order a dinner made by him. Don’t miss that chance! It’s a traditional Indonesian dinner with a lot of dishes, super tasty. Thank you Ari! That was much better than I expected!

This place is just amazing! Arie, Willie & His family were Great hosts. The food was delicious and you can decide yourself what you want to eat. The room was very clean and gets tidied up everyday. The Garden/Pool was a Great Place to relax. The hosts helped us finding Nice trips for a fair price. The Fact that you have a driver is welcoming in The streets of yogyakarta! I would definetly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much for this stay and your hostility!
