Estuvo todo muy bien salvo algunos inconvenientes como por ejemplo no andaba la tostadora y no había sartén q virgina lo resolvió de inmediato, tampoco había artículos de limpieza como escoba trapos de piso ni repasadores , un solo rollo de papel higiénico, pero para lo hermoso del departamento son cosas menores !!

Perfect spot for my husband and I. It was right across from the ocean. The space is small but perfect for 2! Great pizza place down the street! It was clean and comfy. Definitely recommended! The chairs he provided were a great touch for the beach!

Sara was extremely efficient with her communications, quick to respond and extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex very good , amazing views from pool area and gym . If I had to make any points for future guests it’s just be aware there’s a resort fee of $52 /day which travelling from UK was a new thing to us , and being on the quieter side with Downtown views meant we needed to use Ubers to get to and from South Beach or walk 25 mins . It served our purpose nicely and having the kitchen area with fridge and hob worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay

This rental is a great and significantly cheaper alternative to booking a room through the W South Beach. Communication was excellent and check-in at the W Residence desk was a breeze. You are basically staying at the W and are afforded access to all of the amenities just as if you had booked a room through Marriott. The room itself was immaculate and clean with an outstanding view. One thing to know about the W is depending on your room/suite location, it is possible to get stuck with a balcony that sits adjacent to a neighboring balcony which offers little privacy. This balcony of this unit offered great privacy with no other balconies adjacent. It is also located on the 17th floor at the beach end of the building resulting in excellent views. Highly recommend!

My friend and I both really enjoyed our stay. Perfect spot for walking to the beach, easy check in and friendly hosts. Place was just as described and as seen in photos. Would recommend and would book again ourselves!

Excelente estadía en Miami! El alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila y a pocas cuadras de una playa hermosa y poco concurrida, ideal para descansar. A pasos hay un supermercado Publix, perfecto para hacer compras para toda la estadía, y a solo dos cuadras, una farmacia con gran variedad de productos, incluso comida. La cocina está muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario para preparar comidas simples y rápidas. El baño también es completo: incluye shampoo, acondicionador y secador de pelo, lo cual fue un gran plus. Los anfitriones fueron súper amables y respondieron rápidamente a todas nuestras consultas. Y lo que más disfrutamos: el equipo de playa! Teníamos sillas y sombrilla disponibles todos los días, lo cual hizo la diferencia. El estacionamiento es en la entrada del apartamento. Siempre encontramos lugar sin problema. Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos acá. Gracias por recibirnos con tanta calidez!

This property is clean and in a great location. Very responsive hosts. This is my 3rd time staying with them and I will definitely return. Washer/dryer is a huge bonus!

Marvin’s Airbnb was fantastic! The space was spotless and exactly as described. He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. All the listed amenities were available and in great condition. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and would definitely love to come back in the future.

Right from when we booked Cinthia's place, Cinthia was very helpful and responded very quickly to my messages / questions and requests. We were at the air bnb for nearly 3 weeks and therefore, we made ourselves at home. Throughout our stay, Cinthia continuously replenished the usual toiletries. There were plenty of towels and linen for use. The flat had plenty of space and what we loved was the walk in closet which also accommodated our suitcases comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so that if need be we could cook. The flat was equipped with a washer and a dryer as well as a dishwasher. What I loved about Cinthia the most was she was very accommodating and had a hand held steamer for my use. The flat is situated in a 42 storey building with a good and well equipped gym, a swimming pool and a sauna & steam room. Location of the building is superb in the up and coming Brickell area with ample of good restaurants around.

Super appartement, très propre et central. Les équipements mis à disposition comme la piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment agréables. Également, sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres quartiers grâce à la proximité des transports en commun. Également, le parking mis à disposition était très pratique. Je recommande vivement !

This place is a midtown gem. Walkable to many places. Love the decor and all the amenities. The Host was the sweetest and very attentive! I plan to come back and stay here again. Thank you!

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

El departamento es hermoso! Muy limpio y moderno. Vivi es muy atenta y siempre estuvo disponible para nuestras consultas. La zona es muy tranquila y la playa está a pocas cuadras. Nos gustó mucho que el departamento esté equipado con todos los detalles, desde una cocina completa, lavadero y hasta sillas y sombrilla para la playa, no nos faltó nada. 100% recomendado.
