Fishing opportunities by both sea and water, and many great hikes in nature. Great ski slopes in winter close to the house. Nearby there is a restaurant and convenience store. Half consists of 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and hallway. There is a heat pump. No linen/towels. Possibility to rent a boat, kaasbøll 19" aluminium archipelago jeep 60hp. Boat rental NOK 550 per day. Not a member of the Directorate of Fisheries.

"Odegårdstuo" - charming house by the sea on Øksendalsøra. Immediate proximity to nice mountain walks, both on foot and with skis on your feet. The house is 10 minutes away from Sunndalsøra. The house has a bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed. The entire 2nd floor has an open solution with several beds (see picture). Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower on 1st floor. Kitchen, living room, TV, dining table, oven, heat pump + basement with living area (long table), toilet and washing machine (private entrance) (can be used by appointment).

Use of the hot tub must be agreed upon, price NOK 400 for the first use, then NOK 250 per heating. The place is rented to quiet people. No parties allowed. Please leave the place tidy and clean

Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

"Fryseriet" - Midway between cows, mountains and fjord

Welcome to Belavollan farm! Here you can enjoy a stay in the courtyard in the middle of the fjord and mountains. From here you can walk straight up the mountain in 45 minutes, where there are opportunities for fishing in several different waters and a great view of the fjord landscape. Here you get to live close to cows and chickens. The sound of the river flowing through the yard gives peace of mind and a good night's sleep.

Boat rental (summer season): marina with fishing loop area about 500 meters from the cabin. Here you can rent various boats with engines from 20 - 80 hp.
