Second time staying at Eduardo’s place. He’s a fantastic host and his place is wonderful. It was a pleasure to stay there again.

I totally recommend Maria's accommodation! From the beginning she was very kind and understanding with the check-in, and her instructions were super clear to be able to enter without any problems. The entrance is independent, which provides privacy, and upon arrival we found the space clean and tidy, he even left us some welcome chocolates that made us feel at home! Throughout the stay, Maria was very attentive. We had an earthquake while we were in Lima and she was attentive at all times, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Without a doubt, if you are looking for a comfortable, safe place with an excellent host, this is the place. Thank you for everything, Maria!

Excellent accommodation, they did clean and had everything perfectly tidy and ready for what was coming in the afternoon. The Host is super friendly, polite and willing to help. Great place, great value, centrally located. I had to check in at 2am but that was no problem as someone was there to hand me the keys. Spacious, clean unit. wonderful flexible and communicative host. Wifi was strong as I had to do a few zoom calls and watched a few movies. The property is really nice it feels like a tiny hotel. Once you enter the property you have an outdoor table area to your left, a long hallway inside and upstairs is your loft area. Almost everything is in walking distance or quick uber away. It was also nice to have a small convenience store immediately next door. I even extended my stay. I highly recommend if the description meets your needs.

Everything was perfect. Very good place to stay in Lima. The apartment is as described. The laundry service was very helpful and perfect. It is in a great area close to restaurants, parks and squares.

Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

Great central location within walking distance of excellent restaurants in Miraflores and Parque Kennedy. There's a very convenient supermarket right across the street. The apartment has lovely views of Lima from the windows. The hosts were very kind and let us leave our bags in the apartment past check-out time. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and cozy, great amenities. Really easy to walk to everything in Barranco. Rooftop pool was a great place to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay there again.

Pedro’s place is in the heart of Barranco, a district I’ve stayed in before, close to some of the best and most popular restaurants. An excellent grocery store and organic market are less than ten minutes away on foot. There are also several pharmacies and ATM services. The building is well-maintained, and the staff is helpful. I had a minor internet issue while working from there, which Pedro addressed quickly. Highly recommend this property!

Spacious and well equipped apartment, I really enjoyed my stay there and its perfect location in Barranco (the best location to stay in for a first visitor I think) with plenty of excellent restaurants, cool coffee shops and great galleries and museums. The security is there 24/7, very friendly and not intrusive at all. The gym is well maintained and has enough equipment for small vacations workouts. Silvia is incredibly responsive and helpful, and gives very handy recommendations for when you get too lazy to google stuff. Last but not the least, nice balcony with comfy seats!

Good, modern and conveniently furnished living studio in good traffic location with nice views from the balcony to the Pacific. Useful is the small supermarket just around the corner 30 meters from the entrance, where all the necessary food can be bought. From this location, both the Miraflores (Larcomar) and Barranco (cafe, bars, restaurants) are easily accessible. I highly recommend this residential study, which is ideal for couples.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant, the area was quiet and had a beautiful view, it had all the utensils to be able to cook comfortably.
