Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Surrey

We stayed there after a 36 hour flight from New Zealand and it was a nice quiet place to get over jetlag as it was close to the airport. Horsham is a lovely little town.

What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

Tam was a great host, very responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for us 10 minute cab ride from Farham castle for my friends wedding. It was as advertised and great value. Would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The kitchen was well stocked and the private outdoor space made meals feel special. We would definitely come back again.

We visited as a family of 6 adults, 2 children and a toddler. The property was exactly what we were looking for! Gorgeous and peaceful location, lots of space indoors and out. We were lucky enough to see lots of deer and buzzards in the field behind too. Daisy was friendly and responsive. The Wiremill pub nearby is on a beautiful lake and well worth a visit. It’s about a 30 min walk or 5 min drive. Also the Star Inn in Lingfield has a wonderful menu and brilliant play area in the garden. (Not to be confused with the other Star Inn a few miles in the other direction!) All in all a great stay! Thank you x

A lovely characterful, quiet and private barn conversion. Situated in a beautiful garden which opens up a few days a year with the National Garden Scheme. Just a few minutes walk away there's a nice country pub which serves delicious snacks and meals. The host is very responsive and immediately resolved a problem I had with one of the blinds. I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I was especially touched by the extra care taken to prepare for my son’s stay: a high chair, cot bed, and even some lovely toys were all thoughtfully provided, which made a big difference for us as a family. The garden was a peaceful haven and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting my little one play. The location is ideal for a longer stay, with easy access to nearby attractions for day trips—and even London is not too far away. Every detail in the home showed how much the host cares about the guests’ comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!

George and Michelle have such a beautiful space! The little studio is the perfect size and has everything! They are extremely accommodating and communication was super easy! Also only a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and train station so the location is perfect Will definitely be staying here again

Fabulous AirB&B. Light, airy, felt like a home from home. Great power shower, recently refurbed to high standard had everything we needed coupled with a very responsive host on site.

This is the most beautiful apartment. So clean and fresh and not a single thing I could fault about it. We had a great stay, very comfortable and safe. The parking is easy and an added bonus, the apartment is exactly as the pictures and of very high quality. The welcome supplies were very much appreciated after a long journey. We didn’t eat locally as we were visiting my daughter in nearby Surbiton, but there are many places to eat and drink on the doorstep. We had a wonderful stay. Book with confidence. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place is beautiful and updated. Everything about the place reflects how much Nicholas cares. Balham is a quaint and charming town with easy access to transportation and stores and markets. Communication with Nick was always seamless. We would love to return to this beautiful place and to Balham.🌹

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this lovely Airbnb in Windsor! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes away from Windsor Castle and other local attractions. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the extra amenities for kids. This stay truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Windsor and would definitely stay here again!

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Thank you Alison for being such a gracious hostess

This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic location. Close to the very cosmopolitan Brixton market. Very easy walk to the tube, trains and buses. We bought Oyster cards at the tube station which made travel around Greater London seriously easy and efficient. The accommodation had everything we needed plus more. Heaps of books to read of that is your inclination - I found the range fascinating. The patio is a nice area to chill on those nice warm London afternoons. Shall stay here again when we return to London.
