It was my first time using Airbnb and that too in a foreing country I was visiting for the very first time in my life. Lisa was super responsive to every query that I had, despite the fact that she was not in the house. Secondly, she have kept everything very systematic making easy for the guests to follow. Thirdly, the room and the house is really beautiful and clean, as a guest try to follow all the rules she have mentioned throughout the house. The locality is really beautiful as well, for Indians specifically you have several Indian restaurants around. All in all a very great experience for the first time user as well! Thank You Lisa for your hospitality 😄!

The hostess, Lucy, is a charming woman with very good communication skills. She showed her hospitality by welcoming us at the main entrance of the building during our checking in. Lucy’s flat was cosy and had all the cooking utensil that you needed during your stay. The bedsheet and the quilt cover were exceptionally clean. Besides, the location was very convenient and just a few minutes walk to the Box Hill Central and all kings of transport. All in all, Lucy’s flat deserves such high ratings and we will definitely re-book it when we visit Melbourne again.

I stayed for eleven days and felt very welcome. After my night flight, I was able to check in early and rest – much appreciated! The location is great, with a bus stop right outside and easy access to tram, bus, and train with a Myki Card. Lasanthi and her husband are kind and helpful, always available but respectful of your privacy. Everything is clean and well-organized. There’s a fridge, microwave, toaster and a private bathroom. Heating works well and you can use their washing machine if needed. I’d definitely stay again!
