Wake up in the heart of Sydney, step out and walk to explore Sydney's attractions like The Opera House, Art Gallery, Sydney Tower, Royal Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour, China Town or Sydney Convention Centre. Walk to trains, buses or ferries to reach Manly, Bondi Beach or The Blue Mountains. Experience quality near-by cafes, restaurants & enjoy the atmosphere of a cocktail-bar, nightclub or our Casino. Then relax at the rooftop pool to marvel at the city view or take a work-out at the gym. Museum station is only minutes of walking distance away. You can use it to visit any other part of Sydney quickly. In fact, you can take a train from the airport, get out at Museum Train Station and then walk a couple of minutes to reach the apartment. The train ride takes around 13 minutes. If however, you prefer to take a taxi, the taxi will take approximately 20 minutes (between $45 to $60 depending on traffic). Buses are your other option to travel around Sydney. There are several options and depending on where you would like to go, the bus stops are again only a short walk. The 'INSTANT-BOOK' function is enabled so you can make a booking straight away if your dates are available. Please refer to the Airbnb listing calendar for availability of the home. With separate private entry at street level, the spacious 50 square metre (540 square feet) apartment has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area featuring high ceilings and industrial chic black rubber floors. It is furnished with stylish Le Corbusier chaise longue, 2.5 seater sofa bed (converts to king single bed), flat screen smart TV (with Netflix), dining table and chairs. Bright Urban Studio with Private Courtyard

This is a self contained private room, with your own kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard, in a very handy location, minutes walk to the city, shops, restaurants and transport. You will be in Chippendale, there is plenty of good cafes, funky restaurants, bars and art galleries around, including the world famous White Rabbit Gallery. The house is a 7 minute walk to Redfern Station or 10 minutes to Central train Station, 20-50 min walk to the city, and is very close to Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Park where you can do your shopping. It is only a 20 minute walk to the buzzing Newtown, Surry Hills and Darling Harbour with all of their restaurants and pubs . Also at walking distance is Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), Sydney University (USYD), University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Carriageworks. It is very easy to get to all Sydney's major attractions from here - you are one easy 15 min bus ride or train ride away from the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. It takes minutes to drive to Bondi and many other beaches as well as National Parks. From the airport it is only a 20 minute drive, or a short train ride. This place has everything you need to have a lovely and comfortable stay: - wi-fi Internet; - 39-inch Smart TV, so that you can log into your Netflix, Stan and others apps to watch your favourite movies and videos; - kitchen with all appliances, including fridge, 2 burner cooktop, and a oven/microwave; - a washer/dryer and iron; - queen size bed with super comfy memory foam mattress; - if you would like to sleep separately to your travel partner the sofa bed can be made for a small fee of $25 on request; - portacot, high chair and baby bath are available on request if you are travelling with a little one; - all bed linen and towels are provided. I give my guests space, but I am always available for questions and can run over should they need anything. Chippendale is a small underground, creative, and funky suburb. It is home to cafes, art galleries, restaurants, bars, parks, and a big sustainable community that keeps verge gardens full of fruit, vegetables, and herbs for all to share. It is super easy to get around by bike, or simply by foot (note it is a 20-50 minute walk into the city depending on where you are going). There are 2 train stations walking distance from the house, Central Station (+or- 11 min walk) or Redfern Station (+or- 7 min walk), There are also buses all around. Street Parking is available, it is paid and time restricted to 1-2 hours during the day. At night it is free and unlimited. There are some free all day parking a short walk away. To get to the house from the Airport the 2 easiest options are: Train - AU$17 per person. It comes every 5 to 10 minutes and it takes about 10-15 minutes into Redfern or Central, then you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the apartment. Taxi - the easiest option and most cost effective if there is more than 1 of you. It costs between $25-$40 and it takes about 20 minutes (allow a little more time to get into and from the International Airport).

An awesome rental. It is cozy because it is a studio, but it has everything that you need including a washing machine and dryer which is great if you are away from home for longer periods. It is super easy to get to from the airport, four train stops and a four minute walk. The neighborhood is fantastic, chock-full of things to do, shops, bars, restaurants, etc.. it is also walking distance to many of the main attractions which I loved. Peter and Stephanie were excellent hosts. The whole check-in process was super easy and they were very swift to respond to any questions. I have nothing negative to say about this rental, and I highly recommend it.

I stayed at Stuart’s place for a month while in town for work. The location was perfect - cute cafes right outside the door, a lovely neighbourhood, and easy access to everywhere via bus or walking - only downside is the auto body shop across the street. Place was spacious for Sydney and the building was very secure. Stuart nicely arranged a cleaning halfway through my long stay. I only wished for AC on a couple hot days but mostly the fans and balcony doors were sufficient. Would recommend Stuart’s place!

This was the perfect apartment for our stay in Sydney. It is close to Museum Station for the T2 and T8 trains and bus 333. These literally covered every place we needed to go in Sydney. Lots of places to eat nearby. Lots of places for a night out or a cocktail and the Oxford Street nightlife. It was also close to both an Aldi and an IGA for groceries. And while we didn't use the parking garage, it was a nice amenity. The most important thing was how safe we felt. Not only did you need the key fob to access the building but also for the elevator. The Oasis is a very appropriate name for the complex. Without a doubt we would stay here again.

Love the apartment! Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended. It has everything you need for a comfy stay. Love, love, love the bed! Wish I could take it home with me 🤣 Very convenient location with frequent buses to CBD and walkable as well to CBD. The only thing is, its quite noisy in the weekend from the main road & Hyde Park; which is understandable cause its within the city. Maybe earplugs will help, but only for the weekend, other days its OK. We'll Be Back!!

Savannah was a great host, responding quickly and courteously. The apartment is in a great location and was clean and comfortable with everything we could need during our stay. Access was easy, just following a few simple steps, and then you are in. Loved the products in the bathroom and will be buying some when we finally get home. The apartment is very close to Darling Harbour, took about 8 mins to walk there. There are loads of restaurants, zoo, boat trips. Chinatown is also walkable and the only problem was choosing somewhere to eat! Would really recommend the apartment if you want to be in the middle of the city with things to do that are walkable or accessed by public transport, of which every type is close by and we used. If you are going to the Blue Mountains, you can easily get there by train and bus, took about 2.5 hours and was very cheap. We had a small issue and Savannah got it dealt with the same day and while we were out, which we really appreciated 😎

Mark has a lovely airbnb. Very specious, quiet and clean. In a very good position, close to the city and extremely nice restaurants, bars and pubs that are close by. Would definitely stay again!

Andrew was responsive from my initial enquiry. Met us on arrival and is a genuine nice guy. Perfect location with amazing views of the city. The apartment was immaculate and as per the photos in a great spot with lots to do. 100% Will stay again when in Sydney. So good when you deal with great people. Thank you again Andrew it was amazing you are a great host. Would recommend highly as my number 1 pick for Sydney breaks/business trips. 5 Star on all fronts. Chris.🙏🏽

Jenny's place is in an absolutely perfect location. It's right behind the Four Seasons Hotel, putting The Rocks, Circular Quay, the Opera House, Darling Harbour, and the CBD all within easy walking distance. Train, bus, and light rail stations are also very close by. Inside the apartment, you'll find everything you need, including cooking utensils and bathroom amenities, so you won't experience any inconvenience during your stay. The area around the accommodation is safe. I highly recommend this place.

This place is excellent for excursions into the CBD. Public transportation is close and will get you everywhere else. For the price and amenities it’s hard to beat. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come through!
