Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ikeja

Delia's place was very peaceful, clean, modern and tastefully finished. The surrounding were in a very secure Park view estate, a great location. There is a grocery store close to the estate gate, lots of restaurants 5-10 mins away, close to Lekki Phase one, Victoria Island, its right beside Banana Island. Its a great place for a work visit or a holiday. it's close to many high end-hotels if you want to have work meetings. Also a great place for families. it had a dedicated parking garage for my car. I would definitely book this again if I am in the area.

I had fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and felt just like home. The service was outstanding, our host was warm, attentive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. I especially appreciated the in-house gym, which was clean and well-equipped. I made excellent use of it and stayed on top of my workouts throughout the trip. Another standout feature was the complimentary breakfast prepared by the in-house chef. It was fresh, delicious, and such a thoughtful touch. This place truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The complex has a good sense of community, with friendly neighbors and access to shared spaces like a pool and gym. The apartment is situated in a prime area of Lekki, with close proximity to key amenities like supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, and beaches. The neighborhood feels vibrant and safe. The chef prepared an incredible dinner for me and my family everything was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this place.

Dr Ebele's place is a great place to stay. The location is very quiet, secure, close to the airport, and central to reaching everywhere in Lagos. There are excellent options for dining and groceries within walking distance. The apartment itself is in a secure, gated community with security guards, cameras and electric fence. The place is furnished in a tasteful, modern style and was great for receiving guests during our stay. Some of the bathroom fittings are getting a bit dated though. We did not do any cooking, but there was a kitchen with all you need. There's also a washing machine on site. The best thing about the staying here was the amazing hosts who were very responsive and resolved any issues in a timely manner. Their friendly and proactive approach made our stay so much better. I also have to mention the delicious 2-day breakfast we got during our stay. I would love to stay here again, and I recommend it to everyone.

I had booked a different place that had outdated pictures on Airbnb. The place looked much older than the place and I needed a different place to stay. I found King’s place and was able to book it within minutes. The onsite staffs were friendly, respectful, proactive, dedicated and hardworking. I do recommend King’s place with 5 stars.

Extremely happy I decided to stay at 16 by 16 my first time visiting Lagos. The neighborhood was great for access to good coffee, restaurants, shopping, and art. The first thing I noticed upon check in was how clean the room and bathroom were. I liked the style of the room, specifically the natural elements and the plants, and the minimalist vibe. The communal area was tranquil, but vibrant. Additionally, having access to a delicious restaurant was invaluable.

This was better than any hotel option for our business trip in Lagos. Its location was perfect, on VI and 10mn drive from all the main hotels and events The service felt like a hotel : room service from the restaurant in the building, reception manned at every hour, ...

Lovely listing with friendly staff and host. The room was clean and suitable for my short stay. I ordered lunch of jollof rice and chicken which was well prepared and delicious. It was near the airport which is exactly what I wanted and the team managed to help me organise an airport shuttle for my early flight
