Dear guests, Holiday house "Annamaria" of 70 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Losinj, named "Lučica". The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.
