So close to the beach ! Clean & looks like the pictures, loved it and had a great time!

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our older dog was going through chemo for cancer, and we made this trip for dog friendly spot. The lab loves water and the beach. It was nice having a fenced in yard. The host was very responsive. The house was well stocked. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we picked a winner. The accuracy of the listing was spot on, the photos truly captured the home’s lovely layout. All advertised amenities were not only present but also in perfect working order. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the spaciousness of the house, and how impeccably clean and well maintained everything was. The master bathroom, in particular, was a highlight! The location was convenient, and we loved the safe, pleasant neighborhood vibe, and having the pool and biking trail just a short walk away was a bonus! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We’d definitely rent again!

Cindy's place was super convenient to DE Turf for our lax tournament. She was very responsive and made everything easy. The digital lock took me a minute to figure out, but no big deal. The only minor complaint would be the comfort of the twin mattresses, but I'm old and need serious support.

This place was great! Other reviewers said the place was too far from the beach, but it allows the guests to check out the other great attractions and bars in the area! His place included a binder full of suggestions and clear instructions for the home. I highly recommend this home!

Moms weekend with our daughters was awesome. The house was clean and comfortable. Really thoughtful touches such as a first aid kit, and over the counter meds. I have never seen that in any AirBNB. Outlet shopping and nice restaurants were close. An all around good time had by all.🍸

The place was great. No unpleasant surprises. The stay was as advertised. No issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend and would return at a later date as well.

Beautiful decor, comfy couch, convenient keyless entry, very clean kitchen & bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, nice television for streaming our favorite shows, nice walk to downtown restaurants, shops & parks. Great location for visiting Delaware beaches.

Condo was clean airy open beachy and felt like home. Location is close enough to beach to walk. You can walk into town as well. Or there are free shuttles and trams that come with the sea colony badge. All in all it’s a great stay great location and most importantly -relaxing!

Jacki's place was a beautifully decorated and super clean 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, cooking items, and even coffee for the coffee machines! The bathroom shower was exceptional with it's tiled surface! A great place that we'd rent again! It was a great location for Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches!

Super convenient location, walked to everything!

It was a great location! So close to the beach. The apt was really cute, not to mention great parking spot!

We had a pleasant stay here for the weekend while we were visiting our kids during their summer camp break. It's a quiet neighborhood away from the beach chaos -- and a nice place for dog walking -- but it's still easy to get to pretty much anywhere.

Very nice family space. Nice area to play games or watch movies on the rainy days. Kathy was super helpful with parking and getting settled.

Laura and Red’s place was wonderful! I stayed for two days and was sad to leave! I truly felt right at home. Everything was super clean, and the home was both spacious and cozy. The location is great for walking or biking into Rehoboth. I look forward to staying here again!

This was our first trip to Rehoboth Beach with two toddlers and this Airbnb was perfect. The location was very quiet, family friendly, and centrally located to many activities in the area. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the condo was. Theresa and Geri were incredibly thoughtful with offering bread/milk for our kids prior to arrival, as well as providing snacks, beach supplies, and gifts for our kids. Communication was excellent with clear instructions, lots of recommendations for food and activities, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We could not ask for a better experience and would love to return!

I came to Lewes to check out the area - I had not been there for over 10 years. This was the absolutely perfect location. I could walk downtown to the Chamber of Commerce, Museum, restaurants, Historic buildings and just along the canal. The drive to Cape Henlopen was just 5 minutes away. When I did take a drive somewhere, it was so convenient to just come back to the condo, easy parking, rest a bit and then walk downtown. The condo has everything you need, nothing you don't and is very clean. I had a hiccup with the TV and John was very prompt to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here! The aparment was very clean. It’s located in the perfect location, it’s close to everything you could possibly want to do in Rehoboth. The street is peaceful and close to lots of restauraunts and shops within a couple minutes walk. Amanda was quick to communicate with us and told us everything we needed to know.

Betty’s place was lovely. Everything was exactly as described. She has equipped it thoughtfully with everything one could need for a terrific stay. My son and I had a very relaxing weekend. Hope to return soon.

This is our second time staying at Timothy's beach condo. Once again, we enjoyed our stay. Everything is just as we remembered. Timothy is also very responsive. We'd love to stay here again if we're ever in Rehoboth Beach!

We had a wonderful stay! This is truly the nicest Airbnb we have stayed at. The accommodations were excellent, so spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and our host was wonderful. Thank you for a great time to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation.

Mimi's place is a spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean condo in Lewes, close to the beaches in both Lewes and Rehoboth. There are a few very nice restaurants in walking distance, as well as a supermarket. This is a great location and a great apartment. We loved it.
