House holiday rentals in Sutter County

This house and host provided our best AIRBNB experience so far. Our family felt at home immediately. It was the perfect place to relax and visit. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom (especially the primary suite's bathroom) have all the amenities. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, cookware, and even disposable plates and utensils. The backyard and pool have given us new home backyard aspirations. The neighborhood is pretty and convenient. And our host, Leslie, was so accommodating and communicative.

Stayed for a few days as I was attending my sons graduation in the nearby town. It was perfect for our group with plenty of room inside and out. The backyard was relaxing with the pool, lounge furniture and trees. I would definitely stay here again.

House has a good layout, good yard size, bedrooms are also a good size. A/C works well.

Family and I had a great time at Ved's place. It was very big, spacious and very clean! The backyard and pool area was our favorite. Hoping to come back for the summer time! Would definitely recommend this place to stay if you are in town. Thank you Ved for being a great host!

We came down from Seattle and Louisiana for my sons college graduation. We had 3 generations ranging from 13-79 years of age and everyone was comfortable. The home was immaculate and spacious. They had everything you needed. We were able to BBQ for 2 days and the kid enjoyed the pool. They had so many bathrooms so everyone had their own essentially. The GOATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we all fell in love with the goats. they were friendly and made our hearts so full. There is someone that lives on a separate cottage on the property that we did see walking around outside and fixing things. BEAUTIFUL home. peaceful surroundings. across from a golf course. everything is 20+ minutes away so stock up before coming over! we will definitely stay again. everyone told me great find so I was a hero for the trip!

Nicole was amazing , very responsive when i had questions , very friendly . This location was perfect and i will definitely be returning . I highly this location it was quiet and peacfull . Nicole is a fantastic host .

Kristina’s place was perfect for hosting my kids, their uncle and his fiance and my parents for our family reunion. It’s close to a great playground and dog park, beautiful landscaping, a calm indoor space and is near plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The house had everything we would need to feel right at home, including a washer and dryer. Hoping to stay here again for my brothers wedding next year!

The house was exactly as described. A little on the older side, but very charming. It was perfect for our family gathering for the Easter holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay. Would definitely look to stay again if going back to that location.

We rented Mishas home in Yuba for our daughter’s Graduation from Chico State. We were a group of 11. Beds were very comfy. The teens decided to sleep in the living room so they could hang out together. Misha provided an air mattress. The yard was where we spent most of our time when we were home. We took our own yard games and the kids had a blast playing together in the huge backyard. We grilled burgers and had some great family time. We would definitely stay here again. Felt right at home. If you have any elderly parent who can’t walk the home does have stairs that need to be used to get in and out of the front and backyard door. backyard

We had originally booked another ABNB that cancelled before son's wedding. This place was even better and was absolutely incredible, and we will come back again and again. We loved the location, the gated entrance was a safe haven and we felt was the nicest place on the block. We loved the accommodations inside, especially the well stocked spices and seasoning for cooking that you often have to buy and throw away at other locations. The rooms were perfect, bathroom was well stocked, living room was huge, and AC was perfect! We were able to check in earlier than arrival time and literally every time we needed assistance we were met with immediate text responses which was more than helpful! I would highly recommend this sweet spot for any small family needing a beautiful safe home to make your stay cool and cozy!

We were in town visiting family, and this house was well-suited for our group of five. The living room accommodation was comfortable, but very bright as soon as the sun came up. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning, and ceiling fans were very welcome during the unseasonably hot time we were there. Location is close to food and stores, and the neighborhood is quiet.

Michael and Mark's studio was the perfect setup for my 2-week stay. They were very responsive and helpful with several issues that came up during the 2 weeks. The location worked out for my needs, but there was more road noise than expected (mainly because I didn't know Second Street was such a busy street). I felt very safe at this location and would recommend it for easy access to the 70 and 99 highways, both of which I had to use nearly every day during my stay. Loved seeing all the animals roam around every day in the yard!

Johnson House was very comfortable. There's a nice backyard and a handful of balls and a bocci set. The kitchen, bed, and bath were very functional. It was nice to be able to do laundry,play board games, and watch cable TV. Shevaun is an excellent host!

The place was clean and modern. Christina was very responsive; however, there was no barbecue.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and clutter free. Comfortable,quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Can’t say enough about this wonderful gem… The home was spacious and modernly furnished with everything that you would need plus extra fun . The backyard in pool were perfect for a family time and connecting. It was a refreshing oasis. We loved it.

Had a great experience - if I’m ever in Yuba city again, I’d definitely stay here again.
