Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sutton

This airbnb was very relaxing and comfortable, it felt like home away from home. Jennifer's amenities were awesome and the beds were super comfortable

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

Great stay, fast responsive host, beautiful house and grounds. Well equipped with a fantastic working space for professionals travelling on business. The horses outside the window are a beautiful view too. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

I can only say wonderful things about this property! Everything was beautiful both inside and out. The house was very clean and organized and was also extremely well stocked. Anything that we needed we found in this house. And everyone in our group said the beds were very comfortable… which is very important to me! Erik was great with communication and very proactive. He sent us a note about a week before we checked in that had everything we needed to know; it was quite helpful. I highly recommend this home….and as an added bonus, the view is spectacular! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The property is beautiful and private but close to anything that you might need. The kitchen was super well stocked, beds were comfy, and we really appreciated the firewood supply. Nikki & Topher were great hosts - extremely responsive to all questions we had and proactive about check in/check out instructions. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. We rented the house for a "girls" weekend and to get away for a couple days. Because my GPS was not working as well when I got closer to the property, it was initially a little challenging to find the street, but we knew where it was after the first time. The instructions to get into the house were very clear and easy. The house was clean with the beds made and towels were available on the beds. While we didn't cook during our stay, it appeared to have all necessary utensils, pots, and pans, including a coffee maker with coffee (which we did use). Wifi worked well once we were in the house. There was a notebook with specific directions for water, trash, wifi, cleanup, etc., which was very helpful. The screened-in porch was great as we ended up spending quite a bit of time there to chat, read, and play darts. The setting itself was very peaceful with the stream running through the back of the property. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

This place is beautiful! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like home. We loved it so much we can’t wait to go back in the winter. Everything you need was there. Everything was so clean, spotless. Loved the huge kitchen island. Great for a crowd to eat or play games. we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for a night. Thank you for hosting!

This place was very spacious! It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures. Korene greeting us and was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and in a great location. Close enough to downtown concord that you can walk. 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was only an overnight trip and we wished we could have stayed longer. Very friendly hosts, lots of room, nice character within the Airbnb- the main bedroom was beautiful and both bedrooms had great views of the farm on one side and the mountains on the other. They called down the cows so we could feed them bread and it was such a fun experience! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

It was a wonderful stay. Whether you’re just looking to relax or for a little adventure this stay offers it all. Even though it was a rainy stay they offer plenty of movies, books and games.

This was such an incredible place to stay! The whole mansion is absolutely stunning, the surroundings and views are beautiful. However, what made this stay truly special was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the host. This was a wonderful experience and we are all looking forward to our next stay!

This was perfect for my son and I to relax in over a weekend at Pico. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we loved the fireplace as an added touch. Convenience and location were perfect; walk right out the front door and you're skiing with the buzz of the lodge right there - true ski in and out. We will definitely stay here again, for longer next time hopefully!

This was a perfect spot for us as we attended a graduation. It was clean, had plenty of room and then goodness had coffee and a filter for the pot! Would highly recommend.

Overall we had great experience at the house. The inner decorations were cozy and comfortable, and the design was awesome! The host was responsive when the new door lock had some issues. 100% recommend staying at this house!

We had a great stay at Marlene’s guest house. 15 min drive to Mount Snow and 5 min drive to the grocery store. We had plenty of space for two families with bunk beds for the 4 kids on the lower level. The air hockey table and access to the clubhouse swimming pool was a big hit. There were two tvs and board games to keep the group occupied after a long day of skiing. Host was also very responsive to any questions we had. Place was very clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend this place.
