This is the perfect location for sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins playing in the gulf. Easy walk into town. Clean, with every you need for a relaxing stay.

From booking to check-out Terri was responsive, accommodating and an all around great hostess. Her home is well furnished. She is generous with supplies, wine and condiments. The towels, linens and cookware are clean and high quality. Will book again.

Cleanest place ever, hands down. A spotless place. It's Florida and I never saw one bug. Everyone needs a lesson on cleaning from this host.

Nice place. Glad there was a YouTube video to get there cuz that was a little tricky but easy once you find it. Would have liked to have a TV in the bedrooms but no biggie. Clean. Close location to food and part of the campus.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.

I recently stayed at Pelican Vacation Home in Cedar Key, and it was an incredible experience! The stunning views of the Gulf and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape. The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The large deck quickly became our favorite spot for watching the sunrise and sunset, all while enjoying the ocean breeze. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the comfortable bedrooms ensured a restful stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Cedar Key’s quaint shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still offering plenty of peace and quiet. We also enjoyed kayaking and exploring the local wildlife. The owners were wonderful—responsive and helpful from start to finish, making our stay seamless. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home and stunning views, I highly recommend Pelican Vacation Home. We can't wait to visit again!

Five Stars All Around! Staying at Ami’s place was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Ami was a fantastic host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best experience. Every little detail, from the cozy linens to the helpful local tips, made us feel right at home. I can confidently say this was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Two big thumbs up — I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding stay!

The unit was meticulously neat and clean. You have a great cleaning crew! Not a smudge on the white cabinets. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and you have everything you need if you want to cook and eat in. There’s a complete set of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean with lots of closet space. The grab bar in the shower is helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The place is easy to find, a short drive to shopping area and lots of restaurants. 3 suggestions, maybe an ice tray cube in the freezer for when you have water jugs that you want fill up with ice and water to take out with you. Also maybe a bigger shower head, an inexpensive upgrade that will boost its look and functionality. And an extra towel hook in the bathroom. Overall a very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

More than amazing property! The location was great and centrally located to everything. The interior of this location is beyond amazing!!! Everything in here was immaculate! This was a last minute need for us while in town and I had messaged the host and she was available very on demand and was very responsive to getting our reservation going and set up. This host was amazing and very responsive and even offered to extend our stay as my project was pending ending (I wasn’t sure if my work project was done yet or not), this host was very patient and understanding and offered to extend my stay. I love all the personal art in this unit and all the personal touches. The hot tub and back yard are also beyond amazing and immaculate. Also, fully stocked with some games which we did enjoy during our stay! The monopoly game was very much fun! This would be a truly ultimate location to visit in prime sports season as well if traveling with a larger party! Highly recommend this unique property!

The place is nice, everything was clean and organized. We set the A/C to 72 before bed and it somehow got up to 81 by the time we got up at 7:00am, not ideal when you have a young child and it is so hot outside. Also was not great that the tenants upstairs were very active walking around and we could hear every step until well past midnight.

great place, especially for those with little kids. had most everything you could need. pool was nice to have as well. host was very responsive to needs and communicated well. it was an older condo and could use some updating, i.e., the master tub shower squeaks sooo loud every time you shift your body weight in it that it woke up the baby lol (just need to be replaced), shower curtain rods and blinds are broken, light switches don't work etc. Just minor inconveniences. some cleanliness issues, like hair in the bathrooms and on linen, dirty dishware, floors not swept etc. overall though, not a bad place.

I must say Kevin and his home was a great choice. Everything he offered during my stay, from communication to cleanliness, was spot-on! He kept me informed about check in information before my arrival. I would be delighted to stay at Kevin's home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's house. Not only did everything we expected to find work, there were more bits and pieces than we had expected. The pool and games room were easy to get into and there were special towels set out for pool use, and pool cues for the games room. The estate is well kept and we had one day of grass cutting, leaf blowing and routine maintenance while we were there. We didn't hire a car, but Uber found us every time we sent for one. Altogether very good.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

Sara and Diego were very responsive and answered all of our questions. They were great hosts. The condo was spotless and well equipped for our extended family visit to UF for our daughter's graduation. It was an easy drive to UF and plenty of space for our extended family. Highly recommend for large families traveling to see students. Close to the whole foods market center to either walk or short drive. Lots of restaurants and shops. Thanks, Sara and Diego!

Maria‘s rental was just as stated in her listing. It was very clean, kitchen was well furnished, and the back seating area was so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Maria did a great job of communicating with us prior to, during, and after our stay. Would definitely rent her place again if we were in the area
