The apartment is very bright, the windows are oriented towards the courtyard, so you can't hear the street noise. The house has its own inner courtyard, so there are no problems with parking. The apartment is comfortable for mothers with wheelchairs or people with disabilities, because there are only a few stairs to get into the apartment.
