Everything is exactly as Ksenia describes. Very convenient location of the complex, close to the sea and you feel at home - cozy and comfortable. Thank you to the hostess for her hospitality!

Our flights have been rescheduled so we had to start with some questions. Mario was very accessible and particularly helpful both in advance and during the stay. The place is very well equipped so we didn't miss anything. The sofa bed is also comfortable enough to sleep on it for two weeks. The complex is on the edge of the converted promenade, but good and cheap beach with lifeguards, lie and fresh water right outside the door. Beach bars with drinks and food are also nearby. Summary: apartment, location and beach good. The city is rather small and quiet, but well suited for us with small and middle children.

Surprisingly good place. This is two-floor appartment. There are two bedrooms, one per foor, they are actually both on the photos but they are so similar what makes it nearly impossible to distinguish them by the photo. There is also small separate kids bedroom. There are 4 inverter aircons. Effective enough. The place is aside from city which makes it very quiet. Disadvantage is, nearest supermarket is a couple kilometers away. There is a free street parking shaded by trees. There are free parking spots almost always. If not, park little bit further and repark after a couple of hours. Terrace is breathtaking. I'd highly recommend the host to provide a few sunbeds. It total, perfect place for quiet getaways.

I liked the apartment - it seems that it was made for myself - everything is thought out, everything is there. It's cool, I hardly had to use the air conditioner. Of course, the veranda decides - this is the biggest plus, of the disadvantages that the veranda is still a little noisy(the busiest road of the city is 2 meters away) - the cinema on the veranda is not very comfortable to watch, so only music was turned on on the TV on the street. And so, hanging out with a compass is just awesome! The large TV in the living room supports Youtube and Netflix - very convenient, especially for those who don't like TV, like us. The Internet is very fast, we downloaded movies, which Netflix lacked. The owners even left a bicycle that we could use to go to a large hypermarket, plus a grill.

Great apartment, with amazing view. Modern, well equipperld (maybe a better pan would be nice to have, if you want to cook). The terrace is amazing, we loved it! Also, the area is nice and calm, perfect for small children. We would definetely come back! ❤️

Nice simple apartment Amenities are completely adequate. 3rd floor with elevator. The elevator only stops every half floor. You have to carry the suitcase a few steps. Balcony to the rear, not pool side, so very quiet. Strong WiFi so remote work and video calls are no problem. At the beginning of June, everything was still very quiet. The minimarket in the complex was not yet open. Mini supermarket nearby but few restaurants. beach clubs are also all closed. I loved the peace and quiet. If you're looking for a party, you'll have to come later. Pool and complex are very well maintained. A few things in the apartment need to be fixed, but I'll sort that out with Diana personally. I'll be back for sure

We had a lovely 11 night stay at Marinas 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and modern, with lot's of storage space. Our check in and out was an easy smooth process with a key handover in the reception area. We would definitely reccomend and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for having us.

A lovely house in Sozopol First of all Radostina is a kind person. She and her husband helped us a lot not only when we arrive but also before with recommendations about the parking situation. They offered us a parking spot for free near the port and also helped us when we arrive by discussing the price for parking with the locals for us. The house they offered was perfect, like a fairy tale in a dreamy town like Sozopol is. The house was very clean, 3 perfect bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with living. Radostina and her husband were there for us all the time during our stay in Sozopol. Overall this was the perfect stay. I will recommend Radostina in the future as a host and as a human being! Thank you so much for making our stay here perfect and wonderful.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a good stay.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.

The accommodation is in the first row on the Black Sea. You have a clear view of the sea from both the terrace and the two balconies and are about 15m from the water. The accommodation is part of an apartment complex. The amenities of the space are good. Thank you Marek for letting us be your guests. We had a great time with you.

It‘s a nice small apartment very close (5-10 min walking) to a calm part of the beach. Nice terrace to chill the the morning or the evening.

The complex in which Mag's apartment is located is very well maintained with large and nice pools, lots of greenery and is a suitable place to relax.

My admiration and gratitude is measured by marine quantities! I will take in my heart the beautiful memories of Elenite, the sea beach, swimming pools, arbuses, rampanas, nudist beach, forest trails, the concrete observation deck, Negresco, the view from the window to the like mountains, the atmospheric apartment in which there is exactly as much as you need for your comfortable stay and solving everyday issues. Very good, spacious and clean apartment with nice terrace. The complex has closed territory with parking, garden and playground. Very close to the beach - just 2 minutes by walk. I strongly recommend this apartment for big families.

This is my second stay at the same apartment in Kosharitsa, and I just love it. I came with my pregnant wife, and 2 kids (1.5 years and 6 years), and trust me when I say it is perfect for family. What I really liked is that it is a closed resort - so I can give the kid the freedom to wander around and play with other kids without constant supervision. In addition, as I am usually in June (off season), we get the whole resort jus for us and few other couples. I saw some reviews about being in the middle of nowhere—it is true, 7km from the sea. But I have to mention it is near a forest, so the air is pretty clean and fresh in the evenings. And the restaurant is so cheap, that cooking at home becomes obsolete. I definitely recommend it, and I am coming again in June 2025 - hopefully with 3 kids.

We had a wonderful stay.The place was just as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. What made the experience even better was the host. The lady was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.
