Our Villa is fully furnished to a high standard with all amenities and you have your own private pool to make the most of the Greek sunshine. Located in the traditional village of Sarlata on the south coast of the island you are just a stones throw from many beautiful sandy beaches and the Capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli, is only a short drive away.

Villa with Private Pool This lovely two bedroom sea view Villa sits in the centre of its private garden with stunning sea views. It's all about easy relaxed living, with the pool, dining terraces and sun terraces all no more than a few steps away. Shrubs and palm trees surround the lawns, so uninterrupted privacy is assured. Inside, the Villa is well equipped and furnished with comfortable sofas in the living area and a well organised kitchen. Both bedrooms have ensuite bath/shower rooms.

Villa Chloe is now renovated and ready to welcome you. Located in Svoronata, a traditional village, less that half a mile away from the famous Ammes and Ai Helis beaches, 1.3 miles away from the airport and 4.3 miles away from the capital. Surrounded by trees with a large terrance and its own entrance and parking space. The house is air conditioned and consists of a 35m^2 ground floor with a small kitchen, WC, a (double bed convertible) sofa and a loft with a double bed and storing space.

Amaryllis is a large, brand new apartment, comfortable and fully equipped. Ideal for families. Amaryllis is a brand new large apartment following the tradition of the Eptanesian architecture. It is located in the most tourist area of the island. At a short distance there are some of the most well-known beaches such as AI HELIS beach and AVITHOS (1,5klm), MAKRYS GIALOS (6klm) and 9klm away from the capital of the island, ARGOSTOLI. We need to mention that airport is only 3klm away.
