Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. Complete panorama holiday home in Ummendorf for 2 persons. Here you can live in a really beautiful, 52 qm big, groomed and luxurious ambiance. We like decent colors, reduced facility but nevertheless a great comfort. All of this we do for our guests in our holiday home that was set up by us with much love and sense for beautiful things, as if we wanted to live there ourselves. A terrace and a little garden in south-west direction are part of our house.

The modern apartment on the 2nd floor with 110 m² has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a guest toilet and a wardrobe. Three folding screens and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathroom, plenty of towels and bathrobes are provided. A balcony overlooking the mountains allows time to relax in the cozy rattan armchairs.
