This house was originally a duplex however it was recently converted into a single family home. The set up is great for multiple families looking to share common spaces however have their privacy at night. Swan River is very popular for Kayakers and SUP's. There is a rental shop at the top of the street where you can get everything you need for a day or even weekly. There are a couple of islands you can sail out to and enjoy a nice picnic, or if you go the other way it will lead you out to South Village Beach . The main lower level porch is extremely large and includes an extended Restoration Hardware outdoor dining table with seating for 10. A gas grill is available. This area also includes seating for 6 with a propane controlled fire pit. A hot tub overlooks the water with seating for 6 and a lounger seat for a full body massage. Also includes a pathway out to a private landing to launch your kayaks and SUP's. The Kitchen: All newer appliances and dishes. Keurig coffee maker. Features a large eat-in island with seating for 4. Large windows allowing for an expansive view of Swan River. Living Room 1: Open to the kitchen area with a large sectional with seating for 6. 55 inch smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix available. Living room 2: Another sectional and additional seating for 6. A 65 inch smart TV hung over the an electric fireplace. Viewing selections also include Youtube TV and Netflix. This large living room also includes a brand new pool table and foosball table. Master Bedroom: Walk out porch with views of Swan River from your room. California King bed. Smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix available. Master Bath: Full private master bath. Bedroom 2: Walk porch with views of Swan River from your porch. Trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Bedroom 3: Large windows with great views. (2) Queen beds. Bedroom 4: (3) Queen Beds (1) Twin Bed in this extremely large bedroom. Walk out balcony with beautiful views. Also features a private full bathroom. Laundry Room: Newer Washer and Dyer available on the main living space. Bathroom 4: Full bathroom off the living room.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this central located studio in the heart of Dennis Port. The pool is located right outside your door! You’ll find all kitchen essentials, full stove and propane grill. The floor plan offers a large living area with a queen size bed and 2 pull out queen sofas. Step outside via sliders to outdoor seating. Condo is less than 1/4 mile from and within walking distance to the beach. Parking on premises. All this in the middle of peak summer fun!

This is a true hidden gem. A stones throw from one of the best raw bars in Yarmouth (or Cape Cod for that matter), literally steps (like 5 steps right out the slider) from the beach, stunning views and sunsets. Very clean and cozy cottage, and our host was excellent. The value was also incredible. Very central in Cape Cod, meaning anything you want to do besides Provincetown is 30 mins or less in any direction. Yarmouth had a charm of its own, especially for a family with young children. Lots of kids activities within 5 minutes. A+++

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kerry’s place! The cottage had all of the amenities we needed, the furniture was comfortable, and it was right across the street from the beach and a short drive to restaurants and larger beaches. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach for sunsets and that there were chairs outside if we wanted to enjoy a drink in the sun. Kerry was responsive and the place was clean upon arrival! Thanks again!

Our stay at this charming, one-bedroom cottage was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its storybook charm—complete with a white picket fence and blooming flowers. Inside, the exposed beams and cozy décor gave it the perfect blend of rustic and coastal charm. We started every morning on the back deck, sipping coffee and listening to the birds—it truly felt like a hidden sanctuary. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (not always easy to find but greatly appreciated), and every detail felt considered. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find within its white cabinets. It was quaint and quiet, but still conveniently located to beaches, shops, and restaurants. A perfect blend of nature, comfort, and Cape Cod magic. We'd come back in a heartbeat and hopefully have slightly better weather!!

3-min walk to BEACH! Private luxury Backyard!

This was a great place to stay. The house was just the right size for our family of 4 (two young kids). The fenced in yard with shade structure and yard games were great. We spent a lot of time playing outside. We initially got the place because of the proximity to the beach, and it is a nice short walk to the beach, but ultimately this beach wasn’t quite the right fit for our kids (ages 3 and 1) so we ended up going to a beach on the north side of the Cape instead, which was a better fit. We were really grateful for the chairs and beach toys, which we used when we went to the beach. The beach umbrella wasn’t in great shape, and with a little breeze it wasn’t usable. Also there were a couple shelves in the house that were either broken (medicine cabinet in bathroom) or missing a pin and so unusable (in the kitchen) but these were minor issues and didn’t affect the quality of our stay. All in all, we had a good time!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.
