Condo holiday rentals in Swansea Bay

Dave and I felt extremely at home from the start. Terry and Sue are hospitable and kind. They even left provisions, milk and bread etc., for us in the fridge! We had plenty of privacy and at the same time felt we could go to them if we needed to. We didn’t have to, as they gave us all the info we needed! We were there for five nights and found the village is perfect for exploring other areas. Llansteffan is beautiful and we walked a fair amount on the coastal path from there.

Beverley was an excellent host that communicated with ease and attentiveness. The place is just lovely and they have done a great job with the space they have and a lovely little seating are to add to the charm. It has its own entrance and feels very private and secure. Would recommend for sure and will be very returning in the future. Thank you

This was the first time we stayed here and where very impressed. Apartment was super clean and modern with all the home from home items you needed for a comfortable stay. Host was responsive to any questions we had and a great help explaining any queries we asked about. Very reasonable accomadation close to beautiful walks and by car not far from anywhere. We will certainly be back again. Certainly a hidden gem.

A great place to stay for a couple. The flat had everything you wanted. The garden was an extra bonus. Good location, short walk to the beach and pubs. Sue was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location.

An absolutely lovely apartment and a beautiful location literally steps away from the beach. This place feels like a home from home we could literally have stepped into this apartment with minimal holiday preparation. It’s so well equipped and the host has made an absolutely brilliant effort to make it so usable. We have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely be back again in the future.

Raynor’s place was amazing and we’ll definitely be returning. Raynor was warm, friendly and responded to questions quickly and kindly. The apartment was squeaky clean, really well equipped and comfortable, great sea views. The local beach was delicious - a lovely blend of wild waves, wide sands, huge smooth rocks and great rock-pools. We ate yummy brunch in a great beach cafe that was just a short walk from the apartment and had fascinating tour of The Royal Mint. All in all we had a fantastic time. Thanks, Raynor! 🙏🏻♥️

Wow! What a view!! A very nice penthouse apartment with stunning views. Very clean, well appointed and the host Sally was always very quick to respond. We had great walks and the beach is fantastic for the kids. Highly recommend

The communication from booking to leaving was fantastic. The flat is spotlessly clean. A lot of thought has been put into it too make guest extremely comfortable. It was great sitting on the large veranda area in the evening as the sun went down. By far this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. We will be booking again and again. This is the second time staying at this utter paradise near Capel Iwan. Chris and his wife are amazing hosts - the property is one of the best places we have ever stayed - peaceful, idyllic, heavenly - there are not enough words to describe this absolute gem. From the BBQ hut, to the hot tub, pool and beautiful private meadow - Chris' mill house is just perfect. My family, including our two pups, were warmly welcomed. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The hot tub and pool are great, and the real star of the show is the BBQ hut for those lovely evenings in their sun trap of a garden. What a lovely apartment. Very clean. Very contemporary. We loved the decor. We felt very comfortable. Everything was as described. The host was lovely when we spoke and met. Brilliant location to the shops/beach. A thoroughly lovely stay and we’d definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic little airbnb - probably the best I've ever stayed in! Angie's place is a beautifully decorated space with so many homely touches including a very generous welcome basket and some toys, blankets and treats for my dog -which she absolutely loved. Also really appreciated being able to use the garden space in enjoy the lovely Welsh sunshine. The location is great too with a grocery shop just around the corner and walks over Pennard golf course and along the costal path right on the door step. Definitely hoping to return soon - Thanks Angie!

We had a lovely stay at Elaine’s place. The setting is fabulous and the beach is beautiful. Even with classic British summer weather the beach is very atmospheric and great to spend time on. There is plenty to do nearby. We swam, cycled and walked. The flat is just the right size for four, was very clean and Elaine has thought of everything. The children confirmed their beds were very comfortable. We will be back hopefully!

Second time staying here, for annual event in the local area. So knew what to expect. Nice space, easy drive to supermarkets and shops, private space. On equestrian farm so nice to look out of window and see the horses. Bit of roadworks and construction going on nearby but during our weekend stay there was no work going on.

Great place to stay, spacious and responsive and thoughtful hosts. Appreciate the TVs in each of the rooms to chill out with the kids! Some noise from passers by/those outside in the night, but expected as it’s on the high st and was the last Thursday before xmas day.

Spent an enjoyable 2 night break at Jaceks. Lovely, quirky cottage with everything you would require for your stay. Pretty private garden . The rooms very comfortable. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. Owners very friendly and amenable The town was short walk away. Definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. All the amenities I needed were provided, including fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—quiet and safe. Heather was incredibly welcoming and responsive and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, with a great view in perfect location. The apartment is in the iconic building, right on the beach. Perfect beach holiday with endless paths along coastline, fantastic rock pools, great safe beach with golden sand. Our 7 year old loved bodyboarding, flying kite, playing football and popping in and out of the apartment for our endless mini adventures. There are plenty of board games in the apartment for those rainy moments. The proximity of the apartment to the Rest Bay beach, coastal paths, and beautiful, clean and peaceful surroundings was what we appreciated the most. We will be back!

This was the first time we used Airbnb so didn’t know what to expect, however we shouldn’t have worried as the whole process was very easy. We loved staying at Toms apartment. The location is fantastic. I liked to get up early and with a cup of tea and look out of the bay window to the sea and beach it was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and had all the things required for a nice stay. I only had to contact Tom once as I had made a small mistake on booking form and had a response with a few minutes. Parking was easy and seemed safe enough. Many fantastic walks close by.

Tina and her partner Dom were amazing hosts. The flat is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Parking out the front of the house, easy access to Cardiff city by bus. Tina was kind enough to supply us with bread, milk, cold bottled water, jam, butter and porridge for no extra charge! Tina and Dom both made time for us - Dom even walked me down to the nearest bus stop even when he was busy. would definitely stay again. thanks to you both

Angela met us with the key on arrival, she was lovely, showed us around the property and any info we might need. It was tidy and close to anything you might want food wise. Would stay again 100%

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by panoramic views of the sea. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Caroline is such an excellent host, always responsive and also gave local top tips such as where dolphins have recently been spotted and the beach huts with the best cake! I really appreciated the welcoming hamper and thoughtful provisions throughout. I 100% recommend this lovely apartment and hosts.
