Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Swansea

We came for our son's graduation in Providence, and Thomas’s place was perfect for our stay. Traveling with three generations, it was nice to have a spacious, comfortable home base where we could all unwind after long, exciting days. The house was spotless, exactly as pictured. The views were beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and charming, and everything about the home made us feel relaxed and welcome. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area, and we hope to return for another visit soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Rob’s place! We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the waterfront view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We took several walks in nearby Rocky Point Park. The home is beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We have stayed at Peter’s home twice now, both times were a great experience. Easy check in, the space was clean, got back to us super fast with any questions we had, and the house really has everything you need! We would highly recommend this home, and will book again in the future!

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

We had the best time the house is always amazing. We’ve stayed there before the yard is wonderful to play games with all your family. Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!

A bit of a walk from Brown, however close enough for us. It was a nice place—really pretty and cosy. It had everything we needed. The host was very helpful too—definitely recommended!

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

Sean’s place was perfect for our weekend visit. Admittedly we didn’t use the kitchen much but it was nice having a fridge and a place to fulfill our caffeine needs in the morning. The beds were fine - a full size bed is a little tight for 2 adults our size but our daughter found their bed worked well. Loved the location and the neighborhood. Had an excellent slice of pizza a few blocks away!

Cathy was a wonderful host!! The home spacious and centrally located. She was very responsive. The parking is free and usually there was a spot right in front of the house. The neighborhood is very quite and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

This older apartment is casual, clean, safe, and comfortable. Both the unit and the surroundings have a nice rural feel. The WiFi is excellent. This was a great place for us to stay for our visit to the area, and we would stay here again.

My college friend and I always do a yearly reading retreat Memorial Day weekend and Lori’s place was the perfect getaway. The views were breathtaking and the house on the lake was so peaceful definitely recommend this quiet lake getaway. Still dreaming of the sunset on the lake

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. We loved our quick getaway! Walked down to the neighborhood dock multiple times and visited the brewery less than 2 minutes down the road. Super peaceful - loved the outdoor/patio area and the house itself! So cozy.

Had a great time in this peaceful wonderful setting. Saw and heard maybe 40 bird species. (Using Merlin app). Frogs and turtles too!everything we needed! Beds are very comfortable!

Our stay was so fun! The house was great and the location was perfect for our relaxing family time away. Plus great fish market and ice cream and coffee within walking distance. Patricia was super helpful and accommodating which made it feel like home away and super easy without 6 year old. Plus the house is very cute and unique!

Great little place, close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful. It had lots to do onsite, as well as a quiet place to hang out by the lake. It had everything we needed for our trip, plus many things not found at other locations. We will definitely stay here in the future.

What a lovely home! Exactly like the pictures. Not too remote but private. Spacious, visited with my two children and added my oldest son for a night. Mike was quick to respond when I had questions. Would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this historic cabin in a beautiful location surrounded by trees next to a peaceful lake. Super cozy fireplace in the cabin, BBQ grill and fire pit outside made for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!
