Highly recommended! Views are to die for, better described as magical. Host was very attentive. Witsand is the perfect spot to unwind and really feel like you are on holiday. We'll be back!

Our stay at Fonteinskloof was amazing (cottage 4)! The location and cottage was private and cozy, exactly what we hoped for. Our host Michael was so friendly, helpful and extra caring. Went the extra mile throughout our stay and even brought us chocolate eggs on Easter morning! He also did an amazing antelope game drive with us which was worth every cent! Beauty of this property is an understatement. Well maintained and absolutely outstanding surroundings. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful garden & peaceful home, with loads of space & cosy

What a beautiful spot! The view is exquisite, it is very quiet and private. So peaceful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Unit is comfortable and we utilised the much needed indoor fireplace. The kitchen has pretty much all you need to make meals. The one bathroom only has a bath, so bear that in mind if you are sharing with others. A magic spot in an awesome location! Susanna was very responsive to requests. We had a wonderful time. Thanks Susanna!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s gorgeous place and will definitely stay again ..Sally and Jeans’ collection of vinyl records was just awesome ..wonderful memories and so much fun playing records again in this digital age!!

Beautiful property, very well appointed. It’s right on the beach - we saw whales and a superpod of dolphins. We really hope to be back soon!

Our weekend at The Black House in Robertson was truly exceptional. Tucked away in a peaceful spot yet close to top wine farms, it was the perfect base for exploring the region. The warm welcome from our host, complete with a delicious homemade quiche and lemon meringue pie set the tone for a relaxing, indulgent stay. The house itself is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors and serene outdoor spaces that strike a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home. We left refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful wine country escape.

We had a lovely weekend in Mcgregor what a beautiful house it had everything we needed and it was spacious, the pool was great to have to beat the summer heat. The kitchen has everything you need for a braai and plenty of seating areas to sit back and relax both inside and out. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! The home is beautiful and we enjoyed it so much! Bouwien was a great host with clear communication and always responsive. we would recommend this home to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Montagu.

Great place to unwind. Comfortable living area for socializing. Nice hiking in the area. Wonderful sunsets in the valley. Pool is a bit small and doors are not well secured for windy days.

The Handley home us a dream of a beach house. Comfortable, homey, spacious, beautiful and a great location. It had everything we could think of and more. it's so tastefully decorated, it has an indoor fireplace, comfy sofas, books, games and more. It"s a 2 minute walj to the beach. Lively front and back patios, just perfect! We will be back to this gem as soon as we can. Thank you Savannah for being the perfect host - kind, generous and helpful.

What an absolutely amazing place, so peaceful and really beautiful surroundings, close to activities in Swellendam but away from the crowds. The perfect getaway with family. Lena was an absolute star.

This is a jewel of a place for social gatherings! We we're a large group of 10 adults and 4 children and we stayed in great comfort with more than enough space. The house is open and full of light and has excellent flow. It is fitted with everything you could need including excellent appliances and top of the line casserole dishes, 2 barbecue areas and a fireplace that heats up the whole house. The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure strong & super hot when needed. The outdoor area is massive enough to play cricket and slopes to the river where sunrise and sunset is just magical! The host went out of his way to provide us with extras and everything we needed was right at hand. One of the best hosts we have ever encountered, a really lovely human! We can't wait to go back. Thank you!!!

We had a lovely 2day stay. The beach house has enough of everything. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful decorated open space with a sea view. The beds and couches are very comfortable. Definitely a great place for a short or long getaway.

We had an enjoyable couple of nights here . A lovely property with the added bonus of alpacas and springbok . The restaurant on site should by tried by all who stay - serving superb food and wine . A good location for exploring the area too . The best views you can imagine from the master bedroom . Give it a try !

Lovely designed house, great outside space and quiet location. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Heerlik gekuier in die pragtige huis. Ek sou voorstel dat daar genoeg toiletpapier en skottelgoedwasser blokkies gelos word vir die aantal dae wat mens daar bly. Of mens moet vooraf inkennis gestel word dat jy ekstra self moet saamneem. Daar is nie groot winkels daar nie en toe ons agter kom ons gaan ekstra benodig was die "local" winkeltjie reeds toe. Daar was slegs 'n toiletrol per badkamer vir 4 mense vir 3 nagte. Daar was ook slegs 2 skottelgoed blokkies vir die masjien vir die 3 dae. Ek het nie 'n probleem om dit self saam te neem nie, maar dan moet mens vooraf kennis dra daarvan. Orals anders waar ons gebly het in die 3 weke het ek presies vooraf geweet dat daar sekere fasaliteite is en wat ons self moes saamneem. Veral as dit 'n klein dorpie is waar daar nie eintlik winkels is nie. Die verblyf was wonderlik, skoon en vriendelike gasvrou. Wifi het gewerk en dit was 'n vinnige spoed ook. Ek sal weer daar gaan oorbly!

Our stay was very short. we arrived in the dark and had to leave early also in the dark. Had a very peaceful sleep, place was warm and cozy, Egbert had the heat going when we arrived. Beautiful place.

A estadia na casa de Joan e Terri foi uma deliciosa surpresa! Infelizmente a estadia foi curta, mas que nos deixou com uma imensa vontade de voltar. O chalé lindo e acolhedor está situado em um belo jardim de suculentas. As anfitriãs são incríveis e prestativas. Ficamos encantados com a acomodação, e inclusive com Barrydale. Obrigada :)

The house was in pristine condition. Great linen and the house smelled great. The host was very helpful and communicative. We had no issues finding the place and appreciated the secure parking. Would stay again 😁
