Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Swellendam

We had an enjoyable couple of nights here . A lovely property with the added bonus of alpacas and springbok . The restaurant on site should by tried by all who stay - serving superb food and wine . A good location for exploring the area too . The best views you can imagine from the master bedroom . Give it a try !

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful—spacious, clean, and instantly felt like home. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the water with a perfect jetty. We rented a boat and had so much fun exploring the area. Communication with Madi was excellent—she was super helpful and even arranged for wood to be delivered for us. The neighbours were lovely too, which just added to the warm and welcoming vibe. Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back!

Beeindruckende Gegend und wunderschönes Haus. Wenn man etwas vergessen hat, kann man die wichtigen Dinge vor Ort im Shop kaufen (z.B. Streichhölzer, Holz, Kaffee). Es fehlte nur ein Schürhaken für den Ofen. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft super ausgestattet. Wir haben einen Game Drive dazu gebucht. Das war ein tolles Erlebnis.

We enjoyed our stay at the riverside cottage. The accommodation is simple but cozy, with plenty of relaxing spots around. We appreciated the lovely complimentary touches like coffee, tea, milk, butter, bread and water. There was lots of space for the kids to play, which made it even more special. A place full of good memories! I’m not sure is it’s okay but during the braai was lots of smoke in the house, I advise do it outside.

We loved our stay at Karen’s place on the Breede! The house is right on the river and the setting is beautiful. Lots of space & the aircon in each room was a big plus! Karen was very communicative and helpful, and Jorge was amazing - he made our stay that much easier & enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

The Art Box is a peaceful sanctuary in the middle of Greyton. Once you sit at the long table under the tree, listening to the water and the birds, you don’t want to even get up for a walk to one of the many restaurants around the corner. The hot tub and indoor fireplace makes this a lovely winter destination. And Dee is a lovely host!

We absolutely loved our stay at Milne’s place. It’s is so peaceful and relaxed with stunning views. We spent lots of time on the patio and in the huge hot tub, staring at the views. The location is really great as it is within a short drive from lots of great activities, yet it is private and peaceful and it allows you the opportunity to switch off completely. Milne was very quick and proactive with her responses and she provided really great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely visit again when we are in Robertson.

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

We had an amazing 2 days here. Very peaceful! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the city. The cabin is comfy and has all you need for a relaxed timeout.

Absolute Bliss! We spent 3 nights at this romantic farm cabin just outside Montagu, and it was everything we hoped for. Peaceful, private, and beautifully set up — with a hot tub, outdoor braai, a dreamy outdoor shower, and a huge bath inside. Our two dogs had the best time exploring, and we loved the self-check-in and warm hospitality from Danielle Keller. Perfect spot to unwind and reconnect. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly homestay with amazing views. Peaceful and quiet with a lovely big yard. It is surrounded by a picturesque countryside with beautiful views across the valley.Location was beautiful and there was lots to do nearby. We were able to contact Amelia and Jacques easily and they were very helpful; from restaurant & activity recommendations to use of the cottage amenities. We had plenty of room for two adults; two kids & two infants. Just what we need to get away from the hustle & bustle of city life.A very beautiful & spacious cabin; we will certainly be going back as there is so much more activities and wine farms we left without visiting.

One of the most amazing places. My boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights and it definitely wasn't long enough! The home itself was very substantial and had everything needed. It was situated in one of the most beautiful places with a dam and lovely wildlife. A lovely place for a break away. Would definitely go back again!

What a beautiful place! It's perfect for a break from the hussle and bustle of the city life. It is sooo peacful, you'll go home feeling refreshed. The hot tub, indoor fire place (especially now during winter), mini waterfall and the rock overhang were highlights for us. There is loads of space for the doggos to explore. We absolutely loved it!
