A wooden house with an area of about 35m2, far from the hustle and bustle. A private pond with a deck, a forest, a river, and a home of very nice owners :) There is a separate driveway to the cottage. 2 rooms downstairs: living room with kitchenette and bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 3 large beds 160x200 upstairs. A large terrace with a brick grill/fire pit and a garden. Bicycles can be rented. In winter, you need to heat a goat, we provide the option of using a hot tub 1h/100 zł or a sauna 1h/100 zł.

We invite you to our 5 hectare ranch located in the village of Wolnica , next to the forest ,in the Krzczonów Landscape Park. Villa Jutrzenka dates back to 1912, was moved to Wolnica and restored 10 years ago. On 200 m2, 2 floors of Jutrzenki there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath room on the first floor, a toilet on the ground floor, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. We have two dogs and three cats.

The apartment is 7 min (4km) from Airport. It is a small quiet town located 12 minutes from Lublin, which can be reached on the S17 route. The building is newly built in 2022, the unit has a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bedroom, very close to two shopping malls Venus and M4, for active time within 7 minutes we will get to Avia Park.
