A cozy, comfortable house in the middle of the forest on a beautiful and clean lake. Large, fenced plot (about 1500 m), beautiful terrace, professional barbecue, fireplace, incredibly cozy living room, which you will not want to leave! Silence, super air quality, peace... The house has 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom, the other with a large mattress, and the third has 3 single beds. In the living room there are also 2 large, fold-out, very comfortable sofas. Second-floor apartment is located close to the city centre (ul. Rapackiego) in a renovated tenement house just by the tram station. To get to the heart of Grudziadz it is only 1 km (Google maps source) and about 10 minutes walk. There are tram/bus stops nearby, so you can quickly and easily reach any part of the city.
