There is a steep pathway from the street (parking) to the house.

The Waterhouse is a contemporary home set perfectly in gorgeous landscaped gardens which makes up part of the Silvermere Estate. It's a beautiful place to escape to, whether it's for a sweet little weekend with your partner, or a relaxing few days with some friends. The light filled living area overlooks a tranquil lily pond enhancing the relaxing vibe of the property. As does the king beds, a big bath, underfloor heating & our 'secret' spa pool, which is exposed at the touch of a button.

Outdoor entertainment areas and a garden provide a perfect setting for al fresco dining, fun and games, or some peace and quiet. Our spacious one-bedroom can accommodate up to four adults. Whether you seek a romantic getaway, a family escape, or a solo sojourn, your Avoca escape begins here.

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Berowra Waters Glass House

Nestled within Berowra Waters park the Berowra Waters Glass House offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms over three levels and comfortably accommodates up to six people. All rooms are tastefully and stylishly decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. With spacious balconies extending from the kitchen and living areas, you can take advantage of the stunning 180 degree views.

Swim in the bay or explore the foreshore of Refuge Cove. Use of two single person kayaks available.

Longer stays are welcome, see our discount rates. This self-contained unit is spacious but cosy with a fully equipped kitchen, en suite and accommodation for extra guests in a double sofa bed. A fully renovated Cottage directly across the road from the lake and beach. Listen to the soothing sound of the ocean at night. Location couldn't be better with a one minute walk to shops, cafe's, restaurants etc. So close to Sydney, easy to get to and a truly stunning spot.
