Holiday rentals with a patio in Ta Van

Nga's house is beautiful, it has very nice views, the garden is beautiful and overlooks the rice terraces and the river, which you can hear to sleep peacefully. The room and bathroom are very comfortable, the mattress is a little hard for our taste, but it's a matter of taste. Everything was very new and clean. Nga made us very tasty breakfasts and meals, and at a super affordable price. We did the trekking with her as a guide and it was a unique experience. We recommend doing it! In the Ta Van neighborhood, which is about 13 km (taxis between 200,000 and 250,000 Dong) from the center of Sapa, there are beautiful views and several small markets, bars and restaurants where you can be without having to go to the center. We loved our stay, and we would return💛

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Loi's place, Maison de Sapa. The hotel and room were top clean and confortable. The staff was super helpful and offer lots of services. Loi was proactive, reactive and flexible. The breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was great. We like so much that we extended our stay of two nights. We definitely recommend for a stay in Sa Pa.

We had a lovely stay at Green Villa! The room was pristine and comfortable, and in particular the bed was huge and amazingly cosy. Breakfast was good and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating when we needed to check out later. The only thing they need to work on is the WiFi: the connection never worked and we had to rely on mobile data. The staff were understanding and did their best to fix it but weren’t able to during our stay. Likely they need more than just the single network available as it seems shared between all rooms.

Amazing stay with a stunning view! The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery. Big thanks to the host for being really helpful—especially for helping us sort out motorbike rentals, which made getting around so easy. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would totally stay here again!

Very good homestay and preferably for those who want to be away from the city chaos. Very peaceful location though not to do much nearby which makes this place best for those who want to spent sometime in peace. Staff is very helpful. Food is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Must recommended place.

One of the most memorable nature stays we've ever had. Van Anh, our host, was incredibly warm and helpful throughout our visit. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking — truly the highlight of our trip.

We spent a couple days at Hieu’s place outside the centre of Sa Pa and it was lovely. We had an amazing view of the valley and great outdoor space to enjoy it from! Hieu is very proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. She was able to provide us with local recommendations for food and even a local herbal bath and massages. On our first night we joined Hieu and her family for dinner which was so lovely to be welcomed in to their home and the food was delicious too! I would really recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect place

Overall, the place was very beautiful. It was a nice place to stay if you want to chill and stay at home. If you have plans to go to the city, the place is about 45 mins away and the road is a bit rough and rocky. The host was also very helpful especially in booking a taxi for us to and from the place.

Amazing stay for the 4 of us. Bathroom was very modern and clean, beds very comfortable. have to get a taxi every time we wanted to go into the city centre/eat (keep that in mind for transport costs). Host is very good with communication & very helpful. Overall a great experience!

Quyen’s place felt right at home & she welcomed us warmly with lucky! it was a cozy and comfortable place, with quyen cooking for us sometimes! Overall, me and my friends loved this place and we hope to come back soon! 🫶🏻

First of all, the view is absolutely stunning, and the garden is very cute. If you’re not bothered by insects and want a truly modest, nature-immersed hut experience with amazing scenery, this is the perfect place. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby, even with all the loud insect and wildlife sounds around the hut, haha. The host was super kind and very responsive. Highly recommend!

it was great to have such a comfortable stay, and in a central location The manager was so friendly and kind, and helped us with many recommendations. They were also able to organise transport for us and were very accommodating for our super late check in! When we had problems with water, they were very quick to address any problems. Overall a lovely stay for my family at a great price as well!
