The Flat is very cozy, a quiet place, close to everything you need, it has everything we need around us and Darcylio is very helpful, he gave us all the right institutions, I will come back more often!!!!

Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. Eric was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and highly recommend!

I went with My Family and we loved. O Flat, the Location of to walk to various places. I just don't indicate for couple with pet. For in the condominium the dog does not accept the dog in the common areas, only in the apartment, so as not to leave the pet alone, the couple would need to take turns to the swimming pool and other areas. But if you're a group like me, you can take turns and everyone has a good time. We enjoyed it a lot. That was the only caveat in my case that I have a pet. Apart from that all perfect.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it is better to go to the market before arriving, because at night it is a little difficult to get food delivery. I recommend it.

Gorete was exceptional from start to finish, I needed to reschedule the date of my stay and she was promptly understanding and made the change! And when the big day arrived, she welcomed us with great affection, for the first time I saw a hostess go to receive the guests, Dona Gorete welcomed us, showed us the entire building, showed us where the utensils were in the apartment and was always very attentive! The apartment is gorgeous, clean and well decorated. Bed and bath linens are fragrant; kitchen utensils in perfect condition. The tb building is clean and familiar. Excellent Academy and the sunrise view is surreal ❤️

Very quiet building. The pool was clean. I went with the family because my daughter got married on Saturday. We took a lot of photos there and they turned out beautiful. Camila is wonderful, she attended to us promptly. In João Pessoa, there is no better place to stay. I recommend it without a doubt.

We've had a magnificent stay and would definitely come back. Flat is well furnished, comfortable beds, well located in a safe area on a walking distance from the sea, supermarket and pharmacies. The terrace area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area was a plus. The host, Manuel, is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a very late check-in and he made sure to greet us in person. One of my best Airbnb experience and I highly recommend the place.

Our stay at Diego's flat was wonderful. The place is much better than the pictures! Everything is very clean, organized and brand new. The appliances and utensils work perfectly, besides being well equipped, we don't need to worry about anything, the location is great, close to everything . Diego is very cordial, polite and helpful, he responds quickly. We will definitely return!

We had an amazing week as a family in this bungalow! The space is beautiful, cozy, wooded and with impeccable gardening. The cleaning was excellent and the bungalow is super well equipped: several appliances, quality bed and bath linens, as well as games for all ages. The decor and utensils are very tasteful. The location within the condominium is great, in a quiet area and with easy access to the pool and the beach. The condominium is also very well maintained, with a large, clean swimming pool, water slide, slide and giant bucket. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The only negative point was the constant presence of cats on the balcony, which turned over the trash at night. Besides that, everything was perfect! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!

We had an excellent experience at Luis' AirBNB! The place is very cozy, clean and well equipped. One detail that made all the difference was the crib available for our baby — we felt really welcomed.
