It’s a wonderful place to stay in Boracay I think it’s one of the best zones in the Island

The unit is as advertised. Very spacious. We got the barkada suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 T&Bs. We asked for an extension and they charged as a very affordable per hour rate. The location is also very good. It's just walking distance from the Pamilihang Bayan and town plaza.

A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were super satisfied. Located right on the beach, the property offers virtually private beach access with nice seating and a clean beach section right outside the door. Bjørn was not present himself, but always communicated with us and made it easy to check in and get around. There was free drinking water and the place was clean. Unfortunately, the shower had trouble draining the water, which didn't really bother us. The area is quiet and you can really switch off very well here. For the price you definitely get a great experience on a quiet and beautiful island.

Great place! Really clean and nice and clean amenities. It’s a bit of a trek from the centre and not much around in terms of restaurants but it’s exactly what I was looking for. So peaceful and quiet which was ideal for remote work (although the wifi is a little spotty so I’d recommend buying some data). The kitchen is great to prepare meals and then watching sunsets on the terrace each night. Thanks Justin and Rodgie!

Chill place close to the beach. Rosaly and Hermes were friendly. Good ac and internet.

It was a very, very perfect experience and I love everything here.Although there are only two bedrooms, the living room has a spacious double bed for use.The host was very kind and went out of his way to facilitate us.It is a 3-minute walk from the white beach, and the kitchen utensils are more complete than my home.It was just perfect, my family and I couldn't afford to leave and would stay here again if we had another chance to come to Boracay. lovely place in a quiet area. very well furnished apartment with good wi-fi. perfect spot if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, chill out and watch a few movies at night. Apartment is close to the main road with lots of small stores nearby for essentials. You can very easily get a trike (3-5mins) into the centre and beach. (standard fair is 20 peso per person, each way). would gladly stay here again. also Ria was always quick to respond and dealt with anything we asked immediately. Great Hosts. thanks.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was just amazing! Villa Rosita as a place to stay was much more and much better than we ever expected! It had a beautiful open living room and dining room space, as well as AC bedrooms. Having the restaurant on the doorstep with local cuisine made by our host, his family and team was perfect for breakfast and dinners as we needed - such a high quality standard! We made so many special memories on Romblon both as a group and also with Giovanni and his family. The help they provided with local recommendations of sightseeing spots and organising motorbike rentals with support made the island very accessible and everyday we got to see something new. If you are wanting an extra special and unique experience with a very accommodating host and family, as well as a stunning home that you instantly feel comfortable and lucky to have then this is the place for you! 100% would recommend Giovanni’s to anyone - me and my group will be coming back again and with family!

I stayed for 3 nights at the Villa with a friend so we only use the 2 master ensuite bedrooms. The place Is located on the hills of Boracay, which is great if you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi is on the roof and offer a lovely view on the south east part of the island. You can use a tuk tuk to travel back into the different stations or rent a scooter (which we did) Overall it was a great experience and Samuel was a great host.

We had a perfect stay at Jeena and Jason’s place! Jason was on hand at check-in to show us around the property, and we were delighted to find cold water and coffee provided. The house was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a stunning open-plan living room upstairs with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We loved the kitchen area, which was perfect for cooking, and felt completely at ease surrounded by the ‘jungle’ vibe—a blend of local style with high-end kitchen appliances and bathrooms with high-pressure (warm!) showers. The location is an ideal balance between remoteness and accessibility: it’s just a 10-minute walk to Dinwid Beach, yet totally peaceful enough to avoid noise from neighbours or roads. The garden area was a highlight, beautiful greenery offering a serene spot to enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend!

Simons place is great. Its ecerything there you need. Kitchen, tv, big terrace and also a soundbar for music. My stay there was relaxed even we had bad weather for 2 days. There is a restaurant next to his place. If you order seafood there ask for the prize before you order, otherwise you will get mad when they bring the bill. Will go there again in simons place. I come there as a guest and go as a friend

So close to white beach in tranquil Station 3. Beach side residential neighborhood with the right vibe. Very safe to walk around even at night. The house is as stated in the listing, 3 bedrooms with private Kitchen and receiving area. Clean and airy and well-ventilated. And accessible to main road(short walk) for tricycle to Dmall Station 2 & 1. Though we walk along the white beach to Dmall most of the time. The host Mar is very quick to respond and assist us. He also arranged our airport transfers which is very convenient. Will stay again here.

we stayed in the house for about 2 weeks and everything was fine. Close to the beach, restaurants, downtown, etc. There is also a fantastic garden. The only thing is that some neighbors are really loud with music and roosters, otherwise a fantastic accommodation!

Accommodation is clean, complete, and very near to Diniwid and Station 1. Super sulit and great value for the money. Malaking plus na may functional kitchen so super goods para sa mga traveling with family or group of friends. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Need AC in the living room for sure because there is none, only in the bedrooms and it gets really really hot during the day even if you open all of the windows and doors! And if you decide to cook something or even a light breakfast and the place is like an oven inside! Also had to wait 30 mins extra when checked in because the room wasn’t cleaned up and prepared and there was no guest before us in it, the jacuzzi in the master bedroom don’t work, sometimes there is lack of water pressure and hard to shower! Wooden roof over the balcony is broken and it simply needs a light repair which is a easy fix! The kitchen absorbing fan above the stove needs some heavy cleaning and degreasing, dirty and smells! Overall not a bad place but needs a little more attention to detail and maintenance! The Co-host is great if you need help and info!

Our stay here was great! The place is clean and tidy and has all the utilities you need for a comfortable stay, the location is great as it’s right in between the 2 main beaches making both walking distance. Would highly recommended staying here if you don’t want to be in a resort but still want to be walking distance to beaches and shops. Communication was also great with the owner, super helpful and very responsive.

Red was great!! I highly recommend his Air B&B! They were very helpful in arranging transportation and many helpful segregations!!

We had a great time in Boracay at Alta Vista. They have a shuttle to D'mall every hour which made it super easy to get out to white beach whenever we wanted. The hotel was very helpful arranging special rides as well.

The place was clean, spacious enough for our family (me, my husband, a yaya, and our 9yo, 2yo, and infant) The checkin process was easy enough. We had a little trouble with the internet connection but it was resolved by the 2nd day. The living room airconditioning unit doesn't really blow out cold air but we weren't uncomfortable because the one in the bedroom worked and there was an electric fan. Thank you Arnold and ate Jelly.

We had a great time on June's place. Highly recommended to families looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation in Boracay. Newcoast is awesome.
