Great host and very responsive. The location was great and minutes from a ton of stuff. Very clean. You owe it to yourself to go around the corner to Parlor Donuts and get you a dozen or 2!

This has to be the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. If secluded and private are your thing then this is the spot for you. We loved sitting in the hot tub under the moon and stars listening to all things in the night. The house is supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals. All you have to do is buy the food. Truly felt as if we were at our home away from home. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Great location. Very clean. Had everything we needed. We didn't have time to use them but the pool and kids playhouse looked fabulous, clean and like so much fun!

Brooklyn was friendly and very responsive to any questions. The condo was super cozy and felt right at home. Beautiful view on the back patio as well! Very close walking distance to the lake, and other amenities for the complex to enjoy’ Unfortunately, the weekend I was there with my daughters, it rained all weekend and didn’t get a chance to enjoy those things. But would absolutely love to recommend Brooklyn and her condo to anyone! Hopefully we can go back when the weather is nicer as well! Thanks Brooklyn for the cozy weekend getaway, we appreciate it! Wonderful cabin. Very clean!! Loved the deck and the hot tub. Perfect getaway and loved the town of Eureka Springs.

This was my family’s first time visiting Branson and we wanted something close to activities, but not right on the strip. This place was perfect! It is just a few miles from all attractions on 74. Gated community with golf course, indoor & outdoor pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and on-site dining all within walking distance. Everything as described on the listing. Check-in was seamless and condo was spotless. Equipped with plenty of places to sleep and plenty of towels, wash clothes, pots, pans, pates, and flatware. The balcony has a beautiful view of the golf course, and it was very peaceful. Beds are very comfortable and spacious. Christene is an amazing host! Very responsive, friendly, and informative. Her instructions are clear, which aided in such a stress free check-in and check-out process. She had suggestions for things to do near by and offered to help if we had any questions or wanted more information. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Perfect little place to stay! Close to Branson, without all the hustle and bustle of the city. The small touches like the 50’s CD’s for the radio, tea, the cozy lighting, and coffee bar really took this above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this Branson AirBnB! The location was pretty perfect—a doable walk to the historic downtown area, which we loved exploring. Just a heads up for future guests: there's a sidewalk to cross the bridge into downtown that's not super obvious to see in the photos. The space was just the right size for our family of four. My husband and I had one bedroom, our teenage daughter had her own room, and our teenage son was comfortable on the pullout sofa. Everyone having their own TV was a nice touch—we all had our own space to relax after a day out. One of the biggest bonuses for us was the incredibly close proximity to Landing Fitness. We ended up going every day! It’s a great gym—clean, well-equipped, and never crowded when we were there. When we checked in for the first time and told the staff member which unit we were staying in, he said, “Ooh, that’s a really nice one!” We couldn’t agree more. If and when we return to Branson, we’d love to stay here again!

It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was the relaxing time we had hoped for.

The place was nice...and clean. Bed was comfortable. The space is small, but I expected that. I'm a bug guy so I might not be a good judge. The bathroom was definitely small and the shower. It was a good space for a couple nights. I wouldn't go there for an extended stay. The area around the house is pretty run down. Good access to the water if you want to fish or just hang out near the water. The buildings and area itself is pretty run down and dated. It looks like it maybe was a fun place 30 years ago.

I would consider this place an elevated experience. The hosts were super friendly. The sheets and bed were in the luxury category. The kitchen had all basic necessities and some additional snacks and teas were available. There was a dining table and desk to sit at for meetings. The walking trail to the water was steep but gravel. The boat dock was a nice amenity in a beautiful cove. The firepit was easily accessible and very well designed. The weekend we were there they had some growth construction going on - clearing paths and trees. When we were outdoors that was loud during the day, but I’m sure it’s temporary.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I felt very safe, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the activities! They provided us with tennis racquets, pickleball equipment, card games, and family friendly movies. If we ever visit Branson again, I’d definitely like to stay here!

We had a wonderful visit! We planned a last minute visit and are so appreciative that we were able to bring our dogs. I’ve never stated in a “motel” style hotel so I didn’t go into this having high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised with how they made it feel like a true Airbnb! I also am not easily impressed so 5 ⭐️ is huge in my book!

PERFECT FOR A FAMILY WITH LITTLES! This was our very first trip as a family and we have three boys (11 months, 2, and 5) and this was a perfect getaway! We were right next to the pool and swing set so we could get out when our boys were restless. There was also so many amenities included with the stay that made it so much easier to include the boys. This place is also right next to SDC and it made it easy for us to get up early and “open up the park”. Plus it was nice to be a few minutes away so our boys didn’t have to ride too long in the car ride back afterwards! It was clean, and spacious for our trip. I highly recommend staying here for your trip to Branson!

The place was just as described, and check-in was very smooth with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great stay. The only challenge was parking, as there aren’t enough designated spots for each unit. However, we were able to find a space in the complex just below, so it worked out fine in the end.

We had an amazing stay at this location. It was easily accessible, had great amenities and was in a gated community. Great location within a quick drive to all the top tourist attractions including Top of the Rock, Thunder Ridge / Big Cedar, Branson Landing, Moonshine Beach and the downtown strip. Nathan and Mary were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I had a short weekend getaway to Gabi's place (our first two nights away from our four children in 8 years!) and our stay was amazing. The condo was clean, relaxing, and right next to the lake. It wasn't accessible right from our building, but the lake was a short 2-3 minute walk away. The area was super quiet and peaceful. The recommendations for dining out were amazing! I can't wait to come down and stay again.

We enjoyed our time here! It was very clean and had enough space for our family of four. We always love staying at Pointe Royale. It’s a great location! The kids loved the indoor pool in December and we enjoyed our lunch at the clubhouse. The only complaint is that we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Wonderful stay! Everything was spotless. Silver dollar city right around corner, minutes from the strip area. Lake was beautiful, it was really quiet and relaxing.

While our stay was brief we certainly enjoyed it. We definitely felt at home walking in.The little touches throughout the place were a wonderful addition.
