My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Direct access from the kitchen and living room to the enclosed patio and terrace with a large lovely hot tub for 6 people. The house is perfect for couples and families. Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.
