Our place is located at the cental downtown. Just meters away and walking distance from the market, groceries, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. Our place is fully furnished w/ 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, back side of the bldg., No balcony, back side of the bldg., w/ windows but surrounded with fire walls. Can accommodate a max. capacity of 6 persons and more than that will be charged per person per night. We extend free airport pick up, message flight details ahead of time.

The property is part of our family home compound, but separate from our family house. It is the back part of our property facing the carigara bay which nestled the Biliran and Samar Islands. The shore are of mixture of pebbles and gray sand or gray sand alone. You will encounter fishermen catching fresh fish as the area are near a fish sanctuary. The seashore are home to different fish species and other seashells wherein locals can be seen catching them during afternoon.

The house is newly build just finish today 28/04/21 with second floor and has four rooms including maids room from ground floor and very elegant looking kitchen with brand new oven, microwave, cooktop and mini Bar with two bar stool. It has a very elegant looking and modern strip light that you can change into deferent colour and the place is very quite and has lots of CCTV from all the street and has a very strict security guard from the entrance gate.

Family room in a private resort 30 minutes away from the famous San Juanico Bridge connecting Samar and Leyte and few minutes away from the Basey weaving Community in Saob Cave. This lovely place along the national road with beach and ocean view from its own private balcony has access to big kiddie and adult pool with jacuzzi and to the beach too. Private airport transfer, island hopping and Land Tours may be arranged per request.
