Holiday rentals with a patio in Tadoussac

Excellent location in the lower city for those with 1 vehicle. The parking space is a real plus. In a modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and is therefore relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very clear, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 beautiful room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Many shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Entry and exit in simple places.

Francois's place was great! It was the perfect home away from home in Quebec for our family of eight. The place was neat, tidy, spacious, and complete with just about everything we needed. It was also walkable from nearby restaurants, parks, and attractions. Francois was super responsive and helpful althroughout our vacation. Will definitely consider booking the place again!

Lovely and cozy abode in Beauport with a grocery store, two pharmacies nearby and some local cafes. Loved the charming and relaxing decor style!

Very peaceful place to stay. I honestly booked it because it was my halfway stop between NB and Ontario and did not expect to stay at such a beautiful place. It is a cottage like area with lots of beautiful houses and a lake. The locals seemed nice. The only thing to be aware of which is not the hostess fault is the water is not drinkable and the pipes smell. Just make sure you take filtered or water bottles with you before the shop close. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable and exactly as described. Having parking was a great feature. We were able to park our car and use transit for exploring within Quebec City but still have access to our vehicle to explore neighbouring sites. the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable for a short or long stay. Phillips was proactive with information and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Great place at great location. Very roomy and lots of amenities to cater to all your needs. Very quiet surrounding and easy access to Quebec City. Loved it. Recommended!

It’s a beautiful place yo stay. You will find a supermarket two minutes away from the place. It’s 8 minutes away from Montmorency Falls and 12 minutes from Old Quebec . Clean and with all the amenities to have a great trip.

Awesome vacation stay. Cozy house in a quiet location with magnificent views.

We had a great time. There are many activities in the surrounding area: visit Île-aux-Coudres (30 min.), hike to Mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) and shopping in the town of Baie-St-Paul (10 min.). The beds were very comfortable. The common area is very bright and the small balcony is well oriented to enjoy the sun. A small point to improve is that we would have liked the grass surrounding the outdoor fireplace to be cut as it was long and did not make us want to go there. The description of the chalet accurately reflects what is there. We recommend this cottage!

What a beautiful location, the view cannot be beat, I could stare at it all day. The chalet is the perfect size and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony and using the telescope. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable. We were actually able to see the northern lights while we were there which was amazing. I definitely recommend doing an excursion with Fjord en Kayak, it was excellent.

this will be my go to spot in the area for all my winter climbing trips! place was excellent, every amenity nessesary, super clean, comfy everything. super hot water. loved this spot. highly recommended 👌

A very nice place, warm and well furnished. The living space is pleasant, and the beds are particularly comfortable. We had a great time!

We stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer! The views were spectacular from all three floors. The house was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. There was plenty of room for the eight of us, with many separate, open areas so that we never felt crowded or cramped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, and there was plenty of room to cook a big meal and share it together in the dining area. The coffee was excellent, but unfortunately there was only enough coffee provided for one small pot. Tip: if you can’t find the entry code or the wifi password in the app in English-language instructions, look in the French instructions. That’s what we had to do to find them. Coffee and in-app instructions aside, we completely enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay-the house is beautiful and just as described. We were expecting it to be a bit more secluded, but overall we had a great experience.

Great stay in this beautiful apartment! The stone walls are magnificent! The mattresses and sheets and blankets are very comfortable! It's renovated with very high quality materials! It's very clean! And there were all the amenities advertised. Loved our stay! Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the water. All of Old Quebec is within walking distance from there and without having to take the car, it's wonderful! There are steps to climb, yes, but not 2 landings, but rather 3-4 steps for the lobby + 1 landing to access the unit, so a nice surprise for us to see that we had already arrived on the right landing when we thought we had more to climb! Washing machine, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap, trash bag, paper towels are all items that we loved having provided by the host. A big thank you, we'll be back!

Very good location. Short walk to sight seeing areas and very close to transportation. Nice and clean unit with everything we needed available. Marlène is a good communicator and was very accommodating to my requests. Very happy with our stay!

My third time there. We visit the Basilica which a short ride away and the city which is very easy to get to. All is near. Them place is spacious and ample. Deck is open great view.

A beautiful 1-bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Many, many amenities, including comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, clean towels, and, in the kitchen, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, an air-fryer...

Very nice apartment arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect. Located 15 minutes' drive from Old Quebec and right next to Montmorency Falls, we had a very pleasant stay there. i highly recommend this listing.

This place is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, so we felt comfortable like we were at home for three weeks. It was nice that there was a golf course nearby, and there were walking trails around the ski resort, so we spent time healing naturally while we were there. The accommodation facilities were clean and nice.

The apartment was great. Very clean, modern and warm. Elise and Eric were responsive and helpful. I was immediately very comfortable.

Melissa was an excellent host! She communicated well and provided alot of info regarding things to do and see in the area. Her space was clean and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge space (near the pool) and relaxed up there a few nights. Definitely would come back. We ubered to the Old Downtown, walked to the pier, walked to the grocery store nearby. Thank you for hosting us!
