Very clean, spacious, extremely comfortable and cozy house with a wonderful view. Timely and efficient communication with extreme host availability for every minimum request. Unique, although there is a bus stop in front, it is not very close to bars or supermarkets being in a residential area, so especially for any evening outings it is advisable to come by car. Everything else is perfect!

Everything was great! Very convenient apartment, newly renovated with brand new amenities. The only thing that was missing was a washing machine especially for our travels, since we’re traveling with a toddler,,, but this was already mentioned by the owners listing. We had a great time walking around the neighborhood enjoying local delicious food and culture.

A beautifully renovated place just steps from the main station — incredibly peaceful despite being so central. Watching the sunset from the apartment was a lovely bonus, and with the bus stop right below the building, it was easy to get anywhere in the city. Most of all, the host was genuinely friendly.

Roberto’s place was absolutely lovely! With a marvellous view, a fairly short drive from the centre of Ancona but also in very peaceful surroundings, it was a perfect mix of convenience and calm. The house was spotless and very well equipped, with even more amenities than we’d expected. For 3 people, it was more than comfortable in terms of space, the beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, the wifi very good, and the terrace with a beautiful view was a perfect addition. Roberto was very friendly, proactive and clear in communication, and the check-in, as well as check-out, procedure was very smooth. I would be more than happy to stay at Roberto’s place once more when travelling to Ancona!

The accommodation is very well maintained and very clean, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is really comfortable. Domiziana was immediately friendly and very kind. A few meters from the building, there is a park with a breathtaking view of the city. Recommended!
