The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

best place to chill staying for one day we manage to enjoy it so much not just the pool but the scenery as well.

Highly recommend Manuel's place. Easy to find and very spacious. Our relatives slept well. The owner is right behind the unit so when internet and gas ran out, they are just a message away to address the concerns. Will surely stay again =)

We had a great stay in Maria Lourdes’ place, these are the things we totally loved about the unit (note that below review is from POV of 2 people) - Ambiance - Spacious - Lots to do (unit has karaoke, PS4, & a LOT of board games) - Complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware - Clean space (bed, cr, kitchen & balcony) - +points kasi pagpasok mo during check in malamig na yung unit + ang bango! - Accommodating, kind, and responsive host! What I can recommend: - hook for clothes/towel sa CR :) Overall, really loved our stay here, kulang ang overnight, would love to book this again! :) Thank you! ❤️

This place is very nice and luxurious. The entire stay felt very comfortable and my girlfriend and I loved eating meals out on the balcony. I particularly enjoyed the bathrooms with working hot water and fancy sinks. The bed was very cushy as well as supportive and I got a great night sleep every time I slept there. I also enjoyed the nice big TV in the living room. The location was also great. We were able to get grabs right outside the lobby and there were a number of stores within walking distance. The community is gated, so we felt like we had a lot of privacy and safety. My only complaints would be that we never quite got streaming services on the projector to work, which was a main selling point to me. The stove tops were also a little finicky, so we mostly avoided cooking. That being said, there were lots of other cooking appliances that worked well, so it's something that can be worked around if desired. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely repeat.

The place is really nice & felt very home-y. The AC works well, there’s dining sets, and the restroom was neat! The entire place was clean and accessible to a lot of places. Check in was easy. The host is very responsive and accommodating which was helpful. Thank you, I’ll be booking this again :)

We have stayed in this area 4 times now in different apartments. This apartment was not only the best view of all the places we stayed but it was very reasonably priced as well. Easily the nicest decorated unit we stayed in and definitely the cleanest of all the places we stayed in as well. Will definitely save this one for future visits. Quickly responded to all questions every time and even took our lugginto the suite early for us so we could tour the area and have lunch before check in. 5stars in every way.

It was a perfect stay with a lovely view. The apartment was fully ready to the smallest details. The perfect location and easy access to a lot of the tourist and services. Definitely recommended

The place looks exactly like what is in the pictures. Everything in the unit is clean and neat. Bathroom is also clean even though the listing has no pictures. Location is good as it is beside a mall.

I have stayed at The Florence multiple times in ALL 3 Towers. If Aircon is very important to you like it is ME, then this is definitely the condo for you. This Unit has the BEST aircon units when compared to all the other condo's I have stayed in Towers 1, 2, and 3. (ICE COLD AIR). The Host (Gary) is extremely nice, friendly, and very responsive. If you don't like Elevators, or you are in a wheelchair, this is definitely the condo for you because it is located on the 1st Floor (no stairs). The Internet speed is 600++MBPS. (all of the other condo's we have stayed in the Internet speeds were 60mpbs----250mbps) so if you are here for business, require high speed internet, video calls, etc. This is definitely the condo for you. The Bed and Pillows are Hotel Quality and provide great support for your back and neck, they are (high end) like what you would find at The Hilton Hotel or The Hyatt Regency. My stay has been SO GOOD, I have extended my reservation multiple times.

The place was great, but what really set it apart was the hospitality and responsiveness of Maria. All concerns were addressed immediately. The cleaner who came was also super friendly, and made sure the upkeep of the room was always maintained.

a very comfy and cozy stay wi-fi speed is optimal ac works perfect centrally located to many different spots and it was perfectly flawless until there was a water issue that was quickly resolved by the host Katty and paul who were extremely responsive each and every time that i required their assistance. highly recommend and simply a perfect place to stay.

Being a first time visitor , I could not have picked a better place. Walking distance to grocery and food shops. Swimming pool and gym and activities. Very alive with the community here. I don’t really have the words to say how great the location is or the cleanliness. Out the back patio you get the “normal” Filipino living. I loved watching the kids and families play basketball and sell their foods on the streets. All the questions I had for John were answered. Very comfortable with little bonuses all around you. Recommend this place highly. All I can say is that I am happy with this place. Wow.

The host is very informative and the place is clean and safe. The rate is very budget friendly but has matched the excellent quality of the place.

The unit is immaculate. It is very clean and well maintained. I am very well satisfied with all the amenities of the unit becasue all of them work. l like the minimalist concept with few and basic furnishings. This unit has a perfect location. Very close to St. Lukes, Bonifacio High Street, Burgos Circle and Mind Museum. As a host, Alex is par excellence. His response is very quick. He far exceeds being a super host because he goes above and beyond. For sure his unit will continue to be a guest favorite. Thank you again, Alex!

We had a great stay at this unit with my friends! The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for our group. What really stood out was our hosts Ms. Alexa and Ms. Erika, they were incredibly responsive and kind. Every time I had a request or needed help with something, they quickly assist us and made sure everything was taken care of. Even when I encountered a small issue, they solved it easily and without any hassle. Truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!
