This place is absolutely perfect for a couple’s getaway. Walking distance to a beautiful creek and a few great food spots, and a reasonable drive from Emerald Bay, Incline Village, and the quaint town of Truckee. The house is cozy, clean, and feels so peaceful and private. When we come back to Tahoe in the future we will stay at this exact place. It checks every box! Amanda is a kind and proactive host and provides many recommendations in her curated guidebook. 10/10 !!!

I spent awhile looking for an Airbnb that had 3 nice bedrooms ( particular adults who all want a nice room) and Jennifer's cabin was just perfect! It was very clean and just as pictured and described. So a nice peaceful location and just a short walk or drive to restaurants and beach access which was a huge plus. Jennifer was proactive and responded quickly to any of our questions. We will definitely book the cabin on a return trip.

Tahoe Park Cottage - Walk to Lake and Sunnyside

Phenomenal weekend with my two kids! We would absolutely make this cabin a go-to spot for Tahoe summer getaways. While we had plans to explore a little out of the area both days we would 100% come again and simply take advantage of the wonderful HOA beach access. Such lovely landscaped grounds with a playground, picnic tables with propane bbq's, volleyball, bocce ball, horse shoe pits, etc etc. Entertainment for days. Plus the fact that it is literally a two block/5 min walk from the cabin is a game changer. Several fantastic restaurants and a wonderful market/deli right there round out the easy vibes of the area. We can't wait to return! Egg on my face for leaving with the HOA Beach Access Key. Shame shame shame. Shipping it back today, apologies to Julie and the subsequent renters I feel terrible :(

This cabin is a special gem in an unbeatable location. As other reviewers noted it is lovingly maintained. It’s also thoughtfully decorated yet not cluttered. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds, linens and towels were very clean and comfy. It has an indescribably good vibe. Hauserman Rental Group runs a tight ship in terms of its communication and guest management. They were direct, responsive, and made sure we had all the info we needed. They require a personal email address to receive check in instructions vs sending in the app which is a little clunky but not a big deal. We highly recommend this stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at AvantStay in Lake Tahoe! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special shoutout to the host for going above and beyond—they generously dropped off Nespresso pods and creamer when we inquired, even though it's not something typically provided. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and his quick communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a thoughtful and responsive host in a beautiful location! House has an awesome hot tub, fenced in backyard, board games and fireplace and deck. Access to main road and lake and downtown Tahoe City is easily walkable. Only downside is 1 bathroom if you had numerous people at the house, but for us it was perfect.

We came to Tahoe to ski. This house was great. We will definitely stay here again if back to Tahoe. 10min drive to Palisades Tahoe. Great place!
