Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The atmosphere in the "Guesthouse" is one of relaxation and comfort, a "home from home" feel is achieved through a high standard of cleanliness, solid but stylish furniture and fittings, colour coordination and that little bit of magic. It is set out to individual needs of each guest so they can quickly de-stress and relax. the private garden and patio, is a lovely area for an evening salad or a glass of wine. With fast WiFi and off road parking it is a perfect base to holiday or to work from.

A stone throw away from the local historic town of Neath, where you can explore the area or catch the train to the City of Cardiff in just 35 minutes. Nearest beach is a mere 8 miles away :-)

Situated on a working dairy farm with surrounding countryside, 3 miles from seaside town of Porthcawl. You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place.

Afan Forest cycle trail accommodation in Cwmafan

The accommodation is a self contained en-suite accommodation in a quiet semi rural location. It has a large private balcony to the rear of the property which is a perfect sun trap overlooking ancient woodland . Here you can relax while listening to the sound of the water running in the brook below. There is also a separate private patio area on the ground floor for al-fresco dining together with a BBQ for guests use. There is secure storage for cycles and other equipment on the ground floor.

We offer the exclusive use of one our log cabins - this cabin has been newly refurbished and is set within the boundaries of our small holding in a rural area. The cabins are perfectly located just 1.5 miles from junction 37 on the M4. We are within 2 miles of Margam Park and only a 10 min drive to the coastal town of Porthcawl. We are a 35 min drive from the beautiful beaches of the Gower, and a 30 min drive to the new Tower zip line. We have free WiFi and linen and towels are included.

Use this home as a base to visit many other coastal beaches within the region. Does not offer a sea view, but who wants to be inside when the beach is on your doorstep.

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
